Ben: "Do you think Robinhood is to blame for a generation of furries?" Tom in a husky voice :"Hundred percent"

Pretty sure just Disney in general. I mean, look at the furry costumes. The style is uncanny. There are way more Disney-styled furries than not.
4chan wrote an extended version of Sword in the Stone where Merlin brings the girl squirrel back in human form because she loves Arthur so much, and he names her Hazel

Well the thing about King John is that he IS symbolically wearing his dad's crown and robe! As per the attitudes of the population at the time and the tone of the story, he's a vain, ineffectual ruler, an unfit king, too small to fit his regalia of office! Isn't there even a sing in the film about "The Phoney King of England"? It's quite a clever bit of visual symbolism that I think I picked up on as a kid, albeit not with conscious analysis. Though for anyone complaining, yes, it's really more like his big brother's crown and robe, he's the "rightful heir", I think I even remember him getting back from his crusade at the end of the film.
that squirrel girl's story made me sad as a kid. she just wanted some hugs.

Broke my heart too
Back in the day, when guys got caught looking at porn mags, they would excuse themselves by saying they were just reading the stories. Today, I have to say I'm watching Tom and Ben for the pictures.
What happens in squirrel time, stays in squirrel time!
To be that guy for a moment, there is no one definitive answer as to which sword is Excalibur. In fact, in the earliest texts, there is only one sword, the one from the stone, and Arthur is never given a sword by the lady of the lake. However, it is definitive that the sword from the stone and the sword given by the lady of the lake are separate, even if they have the same name in some texts.

Does excalibur mean "from the base of bull penis?"

that's not true, the stories are old and varied enough that nobody actually knows which the original is, just like greek myths. get nerd'd

@@spongmongler6760 Fair enough, I'll correct myself and say "In the earliest text that I can identify from an admittedly quick read of available resources"

King Arthur is probably the most OP mortal being in myth, but Merlin's story is much more interesting, he's literally the son of the devil but his mother tricked the devil by baptising him before the devil could claim him, that's why he has magical powers and can speak to animals

@@the98themperoroftheholybri33 ah yes, the devil, that christian guy. not all.
I don't really know anything about the two films mentioned but if you are looking for something that may have influenced young minds I'd think beauty and the beast has some dangerous ground with anthropomorphic furniture and animals.
Huge news for hoodwink players
