Cargo Cult... You mean the mechanicum?

In the all guardsmen party, dont they have a bunch of serfs on their ship that basicly never left that department because it was so massive, and started worshipping the engines and manifolds?

I’m reminded strongly of the classic doctor who story “The Face of Evil”, in which two tribal factions build religious rites surrounding the parts of a crashed space ship.

Of course there’s a Kremlo Kult. He came from space after all
