Hello everyone!
This week we played Sukiyaki (Ue Wo Muite Arukou in Japanese) from the ghibli film From Up On Poppy Hill. This was probably my favorite cover that we played out of the many pieces of Ghibli music. Many of you might know that this song was actually quite popular back in the 1960s in the U.S. and it even made it to the Billboard Top 100! Anyway, I hope you all enjoy (especially the bass slaps)!
