My starter locs were tiny, my hair has bulked up so much I can’t believe the thickness but I also couldn’t imagine my starter locs being any smaller (started w/ 2-strand twist)

My recommendation would be to look at the chart I put up. It may be marker size, but again it’s subjective. Thickness varies from person to person and also depends on your texture & density. Find someone who has a similar density and texture to you, if they have the thickness you also like that’s a good starting point and use them as a guide 💕💕
