I never had the Pro-800 on my radar, but I do now. At first, I thought oh no its that form factor, I hate that. Then it occurred to me - it can be rack mounted. Suddenly, I pictured myself trying to buy all these Behringer synths that use that casing. I love rack mounted gear - things I could do without are more modules on my table, with wires everywhere and full key beds. I cant believe I had someone claiming Starsky was one of the youtube synth guys giving Behringer a hard time... all because of some perceived mistake made while reviewing the Toro. I had to hold back from laughing as I own two Craves and an Edge due to Starsky. I better not say that too loud... Benn Jordan might start blaming him for the demise of Moog.

Makes me appreciate my 600 even more. One giant sweet spot.

How are you triggering this without midi going to the midi in? I wish behringer would put the midi in on the back of their units rather than on top

This is very interesting, i bought one new last week and its noise floor is terrible, listening to these demos its sounds silent in the quiet passages, im wondering if there are some duff units out there because quite a few people are complaining of HISS when oscillators and noise are turned fully down.. Im returning mine and hope its a manufacturing fault, im wondering if there was any need to clean up any audio ? or if this a pure audio capture with no treatment whatsoever.
