Almost all of these people admitted that they were bullied when they were young..it shows how bullying affects people's lives and how self conscious it makes them feel.they will always have low self esteem and trying hard to change to meet people's expectations instead of accepting themselves the way they are.and no matter what they do they will always feel incomplete and that's really sad.

You are right, besides it's a coping mechanism with the outside world and with traumas. Having a lot of tattoos, piercings, surgeries, or a very rigorous exercise regimen. Of course it doesn't apply to all the people that appear in truly, some of them seem to have a healthier mindset

Yes 2 years later still having surgery on one of the reality shows 90 days. The man Nikki met years ago he was 19 she was in her 30’s, she doesn’t use his real name Igor she doesn’t like it so she calls him Justin. She expects others to respect her by calling her a woman yet she disrespects the guy using a name she likes. The worst thing is after they were in a relationship for 2 years during a fight she told him she had been a guy, yes that’s right 2 years into the relationship, 2 years of sex. It knocked his world apart. After almost 20 years they are seeing each other but it obvious Igor is not sexually attracted to Nikki. Nikki is manipulative & demanding. So while watching this remember her real actions not what she is trying to portray.

That cat does NOT want to be there... And if you know anything about Savannah cats, you'd know why. They're half wild cat and their instincts just don't allow for them to be happy in the average home like a regular cat. Also, the industry breeding and selling them is incredibly unethical. Just go to a shelter and give a home to an animal in need instead!

These people are so obsessed that if one doctor denies you the procedure they’ll find another. Sometimes in another country. They’ll go to multiple doctors and get turned away but eventually someone will do it. It’s an addiction unfortunately and if there is a will to do something then there is a way to get it done. Some Doctors just want the money and some also do warn them that a procedure may not look too great but the people still go through with it! It’s sad.

Surprisingly, I actually really like her personality! More often than not with the people in these kind of stories, a big part of why they go through such extreme plastic surgeries is for the shock value, notoriety, wannabe famous, and to see just how far they can push the envelope. With her, I don't see any of that. I think she did what makes her feel comfortable, as she had been wanting to transition for quite a long time and the "barbie" look was more of an afterthought it kinda seems like. I actually really like her 😊

And yes I've met people who have had plastic surgery, including those who have transitioned, if that is what you implied with your comment.

@@Harry11enderson He mentioned in the video that he had troubled feelings since he was a young boy. He would play with dolls and this whole Trans thing was new to his mom as well. That's why I said he probably didn't get the help he really needed at that time. Besides I see many parents/teahers supporting or even imposing Trans ideas to the kids. Many of the young people going through these surgeries suffer so much! Honestly I also feel sad for the adults who go through plastic surgeries or through any of the crazy stuffs with their bodies. What makes them endure such bodily pain must come from deep insecurities of their minds. They deserve help and compassion

I am a woman and I am not so obsessed about clothes, nails, shoes, doing selfies on Instagram and so on I 've just had my nails done twice in my whole life, being a woman is not about superficial stuff, there is a misconception , but if she is happy and as long as she doesn't harm anyone is what really matters

@@tennis5126 it's not immoral to want or to look like anyone, even if you made that appearance for yourself. The issue is that people who do these extreme things have a lot of insecurities that led them to the decisions in the first place, so the surgeries don't take those away. Generally they need mental help, not physical.

She was on 90 day fiance & never told her fiance she was trans. When they were in a fight she told him & he was pissed. Now he acts different. 😢😮 I would be pissed as well.

In October 2017, Nikki was 35. By my calculations, that would now make Nikki either 38 or 39, depending on when Nikki's birthday is. Plastic surgery has not been kind to Nikki's face :( This is really sad.
