Nice! Especially like the piano hinges that you used. Seems like it'll help avoid pinching
Thank you for the dimensions I’m doing the same thing and I have the same year car
I love the idea for the tent over the trunk, question with it, are you able to add a lock or secure it? I'm building out my SUV for camping and don't want someone to easily get in if that makes sense? Either way loving your journey with it!

I put a tiny combination lock on the tent to secure the zipper. I could also close the trunk with the tent on the back to fully lock the car.
Hey Rose congratulation. Nice job. Let me tell you first I lovevd your eyes. 😊 I am doing the same like you. I have an idea to you. Cover with black paint or tape one different side. ( For a reversal use in opposite windiws) of your windows insilation for used like sun warmer for your car.
Curious to know how the command hooks held up over time.
HI! I would love it if you had any links to the products you purchased on this video!

Hello! Is there a product you are looking for specifically? I ended up buying a lot of them in store but can do my best to find a link!
Would that eat up your battery when you leave that door open

Most hatches like mine allow you to turn the back hatch light off while it’s open so it doesn’t affect the battery. I have a similar tent by Hasika and no matter which one you get it’s definitely a GAME CHANGER when car camping. Napier and Hasika are IMO the two best brands with the best reviews. Hope this helps!
