    Thank you, guys! I’ve been exploring “insight meditation, which teaches you how to detach from unhelpful emotions and desires. I find it very instrumental in controlling stress and anxiety.

    That's really interesting and glad to hear you've found it useful! I've had a similar experience doing mindfulness meditation for the past several years. I'll have to look into insight meditation!

    🎧🫶🏼✌️How why do tiny minority of people STRESS out, feel being physically attacked when they hear upbeat energetic EDM dance music with heavy bass like at a wedding reception with EDM DJ?

    Good question! I know a few people who fit that description, but I'm not sure I can offer any ideas other than that they may be hypersensitive to loud music. because some people's brains just process sensory stimuli different than others and may lead to a stress response more easily... Beyond that, it may just be that they don't like EDM!
