I was raised Mormon and I was saved at 17. I married my highschool sweetheart which broke my parents hearts because he was Christian. The pastor and the elders of our church prayed over us. My dad at my wedding told me how those people who prayed for me had no authority to do that because they don't have priesthood. It's been really hard with my family, But I know God's love, the true Gods love and I wouldn't change it for anything.

My mother was deceived 20 years ago and drawn away from Christ into the LDS church. I have tried to discuss it and she defends it vehemently. I re-planted the seed, I know it is up to God for the increase. Please pray with me that if it is God's will for her to be returned to the grace of Christ, then God will do what we already know He can. Thank you, Amen.

How how how, can Mormons keep converting people and teaching these false teachings, and that they must WORK for their salvation!! It is awful, what they believe about the trinity. I pray for them. They are very very powerful, in that they step up and help those in need, and that is good, but it is a SNARE. SO EASY TO GET INTO, so hard to get out of.

@Mathew Lanier You're correct in your reasoning. Many LDS have questions concerning their "churches" history, doctrine, and sometimes even if Joseph Smith, really was a prophet of God. It can really help for them to realize they're not alone in their questioning, and that there are, and have been, many where they're now. This is a good goal to keep in mind, all the while, the main goal is sharing Christ with them, as the last thing a Christian wants to do, is to tear down their world view without first giving them the true Christian alternative. Soli Deo Gloria!

My best friend growing up, lived across the street, was LDS. My aunt was a charter member of the Valley Forge, PA ward, Cousins who graduated from BYU, etc. I have been a student of the LDS church for decades. (I became a born again evangelical Christian in 1971 in high school!) I never saw the connection between “imputed righteousness” and baptism and other ordinances for the dead!!! I have been praying for such a clear comparison!!! This is great!!! Along with the sufficiency of Christ and that a created LDS Jesus cannot provide a universal atonement for all humans!!! Excellent!!! Thank You for a wonderful testimony to Truth!

Michael, the description of your experience with the LDS teaching in regards to Moroni 10:32 is what mine was, and the reason why I became inactive, before coming to the biblical Christ 20+ years ago. I became completely exhausted trying to rid myself of all ungodliness in order to be accepted by God as worthy. Anyone who is very sincere with themselves will know after giving their all, how fallacious this teaching is. By coincidence, this is the topic of my video I am working on. I have a tiny ministry to the LDS myself and I am in the Austin area, so we are kinda neighbors. Thank you for your message.✝️

I can really resonate with Michael's message because I too studied my way out of the LDS church in around 2008 and came to a saving relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ along with my wife. We still have a lot of LDS family members who we love that are struggling to live the law of mormonism and do not understand the biblical gospel, grace and Christ's Imputed Righteousness. It's not about us, it's about what Jesus did on the cross FOR us. He took on our sins and died on our behalf so that we could live in grace and not work our way toward heaven. There is nothing we can do to live with God again except believe in Jesus Christ and receive HIS WORK on the cross through FAITH. The sad thing is, LDS people don't believe their sinful even though the Bible makes it clear that "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" so that makes it hard for them to understand that Jesus paid for it all when He was nailed to the cross. They're trying to work their way towards heaven and receive exaltation in the Celestial Kingdom and become gods one day. The Bible is in total contradiction with LDS scripture, doctrines and beliefs, nowhere does it say we can become gods one day, in fact it states the opposite. Even the BOM is oddly enough in line with some Bible passages it's not until you start getting into the D&C and later Mormon teachings that totally contradict both books. I believe Joseph Smith may have had good intentions when starting the church, but I think it got away from him and he just couldn't control it any longer. It got to his head and his ego. 7-10 different and contradicting accounts of the First Vision alone, He used magical seer stones to translate the BOM which contradicts what the missionaries taught me back in 1996. He also practiced polygamy and married a 14 year old little girl among other things we were never told or informed of. Now the church is coming out with most of this stuff that has already been out for decades thanks to the internet and books from former mormons like Sandra Tanner and Utah Lighthouse Ministries and others. It's sad really because I really loved the church and all the good times I've had over the years but there comes a point where you can't live in a lie anymore and you have to ask yourself what's more important? To seek a relationship with the real Jesus of the Bible or continue down this path of deception and contradicting doctrines? Sure I made a lot of people mad and sad that I no longer believe in the LDS church but I will choose Jesus any day of the week over Mormonism.

I was a teen convert and I tried hard, but I simply could not fit into the LDS culture. My husband and I dragged on for forty years, but over and over again it just did not fit. Looking back, I can see that God was nudging me over and again to question the LDS Church and start searching for something else. But I thought that these nudgings were Satan trying to deceive me! Finally, I had the courage to do deep research on the internet. Then I bought a few books from Amazon so I could look at the actual publications. Finally, I knew for sure that the LDS Church is false. I returned to the Jesus that I had know pre-conversion.

I'm 63 years old and have been living in the small community called Hurricane. A friend who does not go to Church invited me to stay at his house for as long as I wished... I've been here for a year now and have been surrounded by Mormons and was impressed with their pleasant and well-intentioned manners. Suddenly they didn't ask me if I want to be baptized they just said that they were going to set a time for my Baptism as long as I stopped smoking and drinking coffee! Well I attended another church Calvary Chapel and boy the poop hit the fan! One visit to another Church and all Hell broke loose 😄🤣😂😄 I think I'd rather lose a few friends than get baptized Mormon.... This was the PERFECT TIME to watch this fantastic video!

I was born a Mormon. But through a bad experience in the church my parents left. I was 13 & very happy to leave. My sister of 11years old got our neighbours who were mormons to take her to church. I'm amazed now that my parents allowed it. My Mother and I and eventually my father became christians. Sadly my whole family are still involved in the LDS church. Most of them are in America or Canada. Some in the UK. I'm encouraged that prayer seems to work to get them free. I truly cry out to God to set them free and show them the truth. Thank you and God Bless from South Africa.

I appreciate this story, because it doesn’t have a “happy ending” for the mormon couple who BOTH left LDS- it just shows the courage this man had to leave; he lost everything, but God gives back 10 fold. :)

God answered your mother's prayer because he knows the future and he knew you would be faithful to truth and honest. It reminds me of the verse in Revelation that says, "come out of her my people". God calls everyone out of Satan's lies.

AMEN AMEN AMEN 🙏 🙌 Thank you for sharing. I pray your interview really educates those still in the dark. Bible literacy is crucial in this age of false prophets, self idolatry, false doctrines and Christian entertainment.

Wow just wow. Not only us this a beautiful testimony of being truly born again but the comment section is amazingly encouraging. This I say with all honesty is like a breath of Cascade mountain fresh air after wearing a mask all day long. Your video encourages me to keep on preaching the Gospel through sharing my testimony openly. I was never a Mormon myself but I have a friend who has a friend who just became a Mormon. This is a great tool to give him to reach out to his friend. I'll be sharing this with him the next time I see him.

Mormonism is much like all sects of Christianity -- it is a religion of men that it's adherents are compelled to defend. Christ, on the other hand, isn't a religion, but the living saviour in whom we have our being (Acts 17:28). He is God's anointed, and through him we are reconciled to God. The religion of Christianity -- like all religions -- is rife with men's traditions and rituals, and thus, is but a shadow which cannot please God . But Jesus is the unblemished Truth, the Real Thing, in whom God is 'well pleased" (Matt:3:17). No religion can deliver us to God, but God's anointed, who is Messiah Jesus, can and will. Trust not in your religion or your religious leaders, but in God's Salvation, who is Christ Jesus, our Lord.

Such a POWERFUL Testimony!!! As soon as you mentioned imputation, I looked upward & glorified God. Then, at the end, bringing up Romans 4 floored me. Romans 4:4-5 is a 'Go-to' passage for me. God gave me the privilege of witnessing alongside Keith & others "back in the day" at the Manti miracle pageants 10 or 11 years in a row. I love that you mentioned the 'C' word at the 1 hour 10 minute mark. I was concerned, because earlier in the presentation you mentioned having to pray a prayer to seal the deal, when in reality, he had already changed your heart and you became his child. I agree with you brother, that 1 reason God may have left you in the Mormon church is because your testimony carries so much more weight to LDS people because of your history and experiences.

Man, every minute of this was just so wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing this. I'm a Christian, I've encountered lots of Mormons in East Texas where I live, I love them so much, they are so zealous to follow Jesus. However, I see so much of that is striving and performance based religion. I'm fascinated by learning more and more of what they believe, not to bash them, but like you said, to gently be able to speak to them on their level. They always want me to read the book of mormon, which I have not, but I tell them, why would I read something that so highly contradicts God's word. Namely believing that God is 3 separate entities, and that He is not all together Yahweh. Anyway, I've just lately been so fascinated in my heart and spirit by the testimonies of people leaving the LDS way and coming to know Jesus as the I Am, if you have seen Me you have seen the Father. Its so powerful, and I can see how what you said that you viewed God as so little because of the LDS doctrine. Anyway I'm rambling but this just really touched my heart. Thank you bro 🙏 🙌 ❤️
