From Burnout to Soft Life: The Journey to Changing Lifestyle ✨

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Hello friends, today I'm sharing my journey going from the depths of burnout and depression, to living a soft life. I open up about my personal battle with burnout from years spent in survival mode and share the pivotal moments that helped me realise a change in lifestyle was needed. Building a soft life didn't happen overnight, but hopefully sharing my experience can make your journey a little easier.

You've articulated your experience extremely well. I'm mid-burnout at the moment and off work as a result - I also have a chronic illness, so a lot of what you say resonates deeply. Great video 👌🏻

Thank you for sharing this different style of video (to what I normally watch). I've been saying all week "put the oxygen mask on yourself first" as a reminder that I spend too much energy helping others instead of helping myself. I have chronic pain & get so easily exhausted. I definitely need to make changes to bring more calm, functionality & peace into my life. I'm sure I'll be watching this again to remind myself to make long overdue changes ❤

Thank you so much, this means a lot. I know what you mean, it can be so hard to prioritise our wellbeing, but personally, every time I don't I regret it. Learning about the spoon theory helped me to rationalise and share with others my need to slow down as someone who struggles with chronic pain 🫶🏻

@@AinChiara Hello, I was going to your channel. I enjoyed watching the videos on your channel. But very few people are watching those videos. If the viewers and subscribers aren't high, then your channel will not be nominated for monetization. There are many videos on your channel, but not many viewers have seen them because they are very far in the search rankings. As a result, the audience doesn't find it. If your video is SEO optimized, it will be at the top of the search engine. So, viewers will see SEO in your video, and you will understand the difference. Your videos do not have copyright protection; anyone can download them and upload them to their channel. so you need to protect your videos.

Love this so much. I would love to listen to your advice on how you emotionally regulate emotions of regret surrounding this new way of life. I recently approached the soft life, but there are always gloomy thoughts in the back of my mind that tell me I made a mistake, I should have stuck it out, I can't sustain this, etc. And it gets triggered when I'm around people with "normal" jobs or when I'm asked about my job. Do you face these feelings? If so, how do you manage them?

@@Esssssy thank you for sharing! I learnt a lot about this in therapy, but I'll try to share as much as possible in a video soon because it's been definitely something I struggled with too ♥️
