fun fact about pure light, the shuffle a card from hand is a then effect. You can use it to send an extra deck monster back to extra for free essentially, but always remember you cant shuffle back an angler if you do this.

Interesting! Could actually come up for an S:P recycle for the banish effect in some niche situations. Good to know :)

Love to see the test hands! with the 1st one, is there a reason why you didn't bounce swap frog to hand with its other effect and special it again sending the angler? I could be wrong but i think you get to end on the same board but keep red on field - it is slightly riskier though 🐸

Did you know Live Twin Frost is an Aqua, why havent we, the Spright players been playing that to make Toadaly?

This deck is so much fun to play. Honestly, in the post INFO meta, how strong do you see it being? You think it can somewhat keep up at all?

going 1st, it's pretty decent, however, dark ruler no more will be a lot more played, making the deck a lot worse.

Tbh, haven't really had the time to sit down and look at all the cards just yet. Of note, the new link-2 that sets a continuous trap could make the deck a bit tougher to deal with, but it really just depends on what power cards will beat the top contenders. In a format where handtraps are strong, Spright is usually quite good because of its ability to play through them. I'll have to see when the time comes!

When you have starter and beaver do u activate starter in draw phase to play around droll, or do u start with beaver, because u want to resolve the starter more?

    Beaver first.

I personally prioritise Fenrir>Starter>Beaver. Meaning, if I have Fenrir in hand, I will summon it first. If I don't, I'll starter in DP. Reason being if they have an Ash, they'll use it on your Gigantic anyway. Very few will use it on Beaver, as they would expect you to have a Spright in hand.

What about changing droll and super poly for the adventure engine?, also works going 1st and 2nd

The Adventure Engine is definitely also very viable! I think it's just a matter of preference. I like the versatility in Pure Spright when it comes to non-engine.

@@theorangegriffin7531I’ll try the adventure package to see how it performs, more water cards and more ways to discard should be a good addition for the frog combo

I typically like having non-engine space to make going 2nd easier. Adding Live Twin as a secondary engine just makes it so that you have a bunch of ways to get your board going, but if your opponent can remove your first monster, you lose hard. Not having non-engine makes it so that you'll generally just allow your opponent to do whatever, and most modern decks put out a couple of disrupts through negates or removal.
