I think it's pretty hard to define Frieza as 'nice,' but in terms of how he is, I think this is about as 'nice' as he can speak and be (all things considered). Perhaps Goku's nature is ever-so-slowly rubbing off on Frieza. It did for Vegeta anyway. Hey look, I made another one of these _types_ of videos. He then did grow a bit in his movie when he learned that he does have to put in the effort to train for what he wants, because he can be surpassed, but the "bit" he grew was so tiny that in the end he died anyway. And THEN by the tournament of power he grew a significant amount more, while still retaining his wickedness, we saw this when he gave Goku energy, namek Frieza would've NOT given Goku energy if he was in the same situation, he'd rather die (not *really* die but you get what I mean). Current Frieza (post granola arc) is much more mature and cunning than ever.

God I love that stressed out ssj transformation flickering. The way he can’t push the form but is still right at the edge of doing it till the final strike is so dope.

I mean, Goku and Vegeta don't really care. They protect Earth 'cuz it's where they live. They fight strong opponents 'cuz they like to fight. No other reasoning. I would not put it passed them at all to just chill on Earth while Freeza re-conquers the Universe. The only one that might have an issue with that is Vegeta, and that's only because they have prior beef.

4:20 this just proves that Frieza has always been, above all, a businessman. Giving your employees a huge bonus for a good find is incredibly generous for someone who has always been portrayed as a tyrant. He is obviously very strong but doesn’t really care for showing it until someone gets in his way. He’s always had subordinates do that dirty work for him until he has no other choice.

It may sound contrived if that happened, but him turning . . . at least not bloodthirsty anymore would actually greatly help Uni7's "Mortal Score", since he still controls vast swaths of the universe and if he not only built the empire up properly with technological and scientific advancements but made it a decent place to live where people were at least content, that score would skyrocket.

i feel like hes softening up just a tad but hes still evil and much more humble after losing multiple times to goku, which i think him being more wise and more cautious is scary instead of being blinded by pure rage and ego, which is what vegeta struggled with early on, i feel there may come a point where he only attacks earth just to fight goku again then even if hes in the perfect place to nuke the planet he wont just to fight again someday

Freeza hasn't become a nicer person. Even on Namek, he would offer the carrot as much as he threatened with the stick. What Freeza has learned is PATIENCE. In the past, Freeza didn't know how to take a loss or swallow his pride. Whenever faced with someone stronger than him he would lash out wildly in order to try and reassert dominance. It cost him when he burnt himself out going 100% against Super Saiyan Goku. It cost him when he tried using his golden form before he'd actually mastered it. He was in many ways a blunt instrument. Now he's learnt how to be subtle, bide his time and pick his fights. Don't be fooled. He hasn't become a nice guy. He's just better at hiding the knife behind his back.
