Friendliest Uncle Serves The Best Noodles In BANGKOK 🇹🇭
BANGKOK, THAILAND - Thai street food doesn't get better than this. These are the best noodles in Bangkok. Uncle makes the best handmade noodles I have tried in Bangkok and sends me to Thai noodle heaven. If you love a delicious bowl of noodle soup, in an authentic Thai street food setting, you need to eat here. It is apparently a 111 year old noodle restaurant with the master, Loong Jai, claiming his father came over from Guangdong in Southern China in 1908. The only problem with that is he would have had to start selling noodles at 4 years old for the timings to work. But never let the truth get in the way of a good story.
We ate delicious bamee giow moo daeng pu - Egg noodles with wontons, red pork and crab all for $4.

The legacy of this 111 year-old restaurant is impressive, no wonder why they are proud of it. It feels good watching this video, to see the love that someone has in their job. You are right, their friendliness makes us forget about the taste despite the noodles looks really good, hahaha. I will have to try this noodles as I cannot be behind you too much 😂.

this was genuinely one of the best bowls of noodles I have had in Thailand, you need to go!
I have eaten at this restaurant for more than 30 years.
I miss the SouthEast Asia Hospitality! Even when I was back in my home country Cambodia, they were nice to me, although it could be bias or just them trying to lure me to pay for whatever they're selling, but it was the same when I was in Thailand. Love the video and info on the food, people and location.

@@FullFinnoy if you hit the settings button, and then captions... there is a list of 18 different languages which I have added... Finnish is there... if you just click the captions button, it will select English as default
TBH i would believe in the early 1900s children went to work as young as 4 years old. maybe could’ve been as simple as just trying to sell food on the street. my biological mother didn’t have an education left at 10 years old most probably and still works in a factory today
