Well we figured since we are always shooting at them from above the surface, this time we are going to try our hand at getting in the water with them.
This was our first time spearfishing and it’s one of the funnest things we have ever done.
Super easy to get into, check your local laws, find some clear water, and hop in!

We got several trips in the works, so I'm sure there will be more videos.
Spear fishing looks very fun, getting fish but also getting to take a dive in some water is a great combo

but there are other dangers like protists that can get in your brain. they don't have those in saltwater.
Love the underwater footage!

adam chirdo honestly buddy there are literally hundreds of spots in Texas clear enough to spear. Also some great areas in surrounding states. If you’re a beginner just get on the map and find you a river in the Texas hill country. Most of them will be clear and have shootable species. You don’t need deep water to start with. It’s a whole different world under there and you can shoot fish in as little as 1.5 feet.
Great video👌🏻

@@UnGuidedOutdoors You Even have to be careful walking the shoreline while gigging or bowfishing not to get wet above your waist or some of the wardens will write you a ticket for spearfishing. Thats why you don't here much about bowfishing from shorelines in Florida.

No way?! That’s wild. But you can salt water?
Idk which is worse the aiming your gun at other divers, hitting almost every fish in the fillet or shooting 1-2 pound fish with a spear gun let alone one with a reel

lol we got a whole playlist of it. Keep up with us in IG we are in LA posting some really cool bowfishing content
Why do they not tell people where they
@nickatkinson290

if you tell people where your good fishing spots are, then they aren't good fishing spots after 1000 people show up and wreck them. it takes days, weeks or years to find them, so people aren't in a hurry to just give out the information for free.
