This was a really good movie as it brought back memories of my years at college as well when I got pregnant and had to drop out to have the baby. I later went back, that's when I got my degree and now am a fire fighter. Praise be to God!!!🙏

I agree with you 💯 however.. last December I suffered a mini stroke and now I'm in a facility for recovery and long term care.. I am 68 years old and going to be 69 this year but I know that God is always with me no matter what..

There is no perfect Christian. This movie depicts some of what exists in reality. A real Christian makes mistakes too. They stumble and fall and sometimes pick themselves back up. The reality is too that some never pick themselves up. It is a decent movie with lessons for all to learn.

Some person is saying that in real life Christians don't live like this, but this is exactly how christ would like us to love. Humble and loving and faithful to him. Stay blessed everyone.

Good message about mistakes we all make.. and showing how even though we may go through the storms love is always the answer.. judge not and ye will not be judged. My daughter got pregnant young she was afraid to tell me I love the Lord and no child is a mistake.. by no means do I support fornication but it happens.. I told her well she is coming so why get mad.. I have two amazing grand daughters ❤️❤️🤗 and I love them and I love and adore my daughter for being there a every second to raise her Children in the faith.. ❤️❤️ it's been a struggle for her but she hasn't given up...I pray blessings on her and praise Abba Father for her strength.. I really wish more parents, especially African parents,would be this understanding and supportive cos life does happen.I know a girl who got pregnant like this and with the help and support of her family, went back to school ,became an engineer with a First class Degree. Today, everyone is happy. Over here,a lot of parents would rather force the girl into marrying the young man even if he is not financially capable of providing thereby destroying the girl's future,the boy's future and even that of the baby. Nice movie.Welldone guys.

My best moments was when Cjay apologies to the girl Mother for the hurt he is causing the family..He real man acknowledge his mistakes and apologies.

I love how his parents handle the issue not caring about their name more than the innocent child life

I love the family support. If this is how families supported each other,cases of abortion would be much less. I love the fact that the story is also realistic showing true emotions on every side. Despite all,they did not choose the easy way out especially the pregnant one. There's always light at the end of a tunnel and surely,though the righteous may fall many times,they will still get up. This is a great movie, that talks about a God of second chance. God is a faithful God irrespective of our shortcomings, He gives us grace to do it right again. Kudos to the entire team that worked on this project. May God give us the grace to be steadfast in His word and live a godly life. Amen

I dont support wedlock. People make mistakes. But one thing that Amazes me and makes me scared is the Love of God even in your mess. God's love never holds back and that prevails any opprobrium.

I'm really blessed with the movie, God of second chance. Most christians keep this as a secret, especially the leaders in the church. I love the way God use the pastor to handle the case. What a great movie

CJ's dad could have disowned him or told the lady to have an abortion if he cared more about his reputation rather than honoring God... In a nutshell I had so much fun watching... This was a good Christian movie to watch in 2022. Some may not call this a Christian movie because of the drinking and falling into sin. But is is because we all was in sin before we accepted Jesus salvation. We all still fall short to the Glory of God. We are all human and the movie shows us how we can all fall to sin if we do not watch and pray. The flesh is weak but the spirit is willing. I have also fallen short but Grace and Mercy is what God gave me. And God gives You and everyone Grace and Mercy today in your life no matter what. Take hold of Gods Grace and Mercy and you will see HIS forgiveness. Be encouraged in the Lord.

I like the way CJ's parent, team and course mates stood up and be the source of encouragement at the trying time for him. This is a grate message not to turned our back against our neighbor or friends during their hard times.

This is a wonderful movie. When parents are supportive the young families lives turn out much better than when the parents are hard hearted and hard headed and want to "teach the kids a lesson" for their mistakes. Every one makes mistakes but the support of the family can change everything. Especially when you know you have a good kid.

Great Movie. Absolutely. We need to understand that them getting pregnant isn’t the problem, even though it sure does looks like it. If CJ and Marcella aren’t still grounded in Gods word, they will go on ahead and make other mistakes, and fall further from God. So Love the approach of CJ’s parents because indeed Gods word and Grace is the way up. This movie was a reminder to me that in this world, there are manyyyyy voices. For CJ, the spiral began when he listened to the first voice to change his clothes and blend in. It looked harmless and subtle but that’s where it all started from. And that’s why God help us to train our children to build their identity solely on Christ. Our God is indeed the God of second chances, and third, and fourth, and fifth... and it’s so beautiful to see. ❤️

I wanted a movie where, though strongly tempted, the young Believer made all the right choices in line with his faith to show other young Believers how it's done. Instead the movie showed how a humble man, like David of the Bible, was delivered and then blessed by his humility before God and man. He took careful responsibility and counsel. It showed the losses - shame, poor grades, losing privilege to play basketball, dropping out of school, having to grind at another level. Yet and foremost, it showed how his humility and righteousness caused him to rise up and become blessed. His repentance, humility, and faithfulness to God after his fall, made him an observable example of light and salt in a dark world; others took notice and were inspired. Praise God for this movie. . . mature infant and all! After all we can only work with what we've got.😄

What makes this movie great is that it's not really about giving an example of how Christianity should be practiced (which is what others try to do but mess people up instead) but rather this one is about showing how giving in to temptation even just a bit causes far more regret than you wouldn't have imagined. But in the midst of all that don't give up on God cause He won't give up on you. However, it is also sad to admit that it's showing the reality of how Christianity is being practiced by most, (it is not practiced biblically). And I'm ashamed to also say that it seems like sometimes the church has something to learn from the world. I mean the boy 'CJ' was supported by his unbelieving teammates, but by not even one of his brothers from church.🤔

In life, there are seasons that come and go in which we're tested from different angles in many different ways. Our decisions can definitely impact the kinds of tests we get. But also many times God allows certain situations to come to us for spiritual growth and development. It's in these times that our spiritual muscles develop. In 1 Peter 1:7, it says "that the proof of your faith, which is more precious than gold that perishes even though it is tested by fire, may be found to result in praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ." (WEB) Amen. When God tests us through trials, thank Him and rejoice in Him -- it's an opportunity to see our faith in action! Through this proving of our faith, we will be richly blessed on that day when Christ is revealed to us! Hallelujah!! Amen.

I enjoyed watching this movie so much because it depicted how life can ACTUALLY really be like. Sometimes when we think we have taught our children the best we know how there is always temptations lurking just around the corner. This movie showed all the insecurities and vulnerabilities that all of us possess at some point in our lives. A lot of lessons to learn here. Glad I got a chance to see it.

Wow this movie is awesome if all dad's were CJs dad and also his family too so warm and welcoming...Christianity is a good thing to those who respect , uphold and act what they preach.

A few minutes into the movie I realized I saw it before but I couldn't turn it off. Filled me with joy and positive emotions

I love this movie. I love the decision the lady made, not to have an abortion. I also love the role of the good guy CJ played, not to run away from his responsibilities. Wow! his parents are good and they reminded me of my late parents. God bless you all.

There are many lessons to be learnt from this movie. First CJs friends 2. Alcohol . I have learnt to depend on God's grace and not to overlook the little mistakes that can lead to bigger ones or a ripple effect. Alcohol has always been a good recipe for disaster. Hmmm His Grace is sufficient to help us overcome temptations and prevent certain mistakes in the future. But CJs love was strong ..... #FirstLove I love his family .....they demonstrated maturity and Love

It must be hard to face so much pressure at such a young age. I had the cushioning of family and good friends from a similar background. We made our mistakes but never got into more extreme stuff. Immigrant kids have responsibilities to think of and parents they dare not disappoint.

This is exactly how such a situation is properly handled. Nobody had to suffer or do anything wrong, because the parents shared their home, time and wisdom. In tribal life the young grown people get married young and have children that are also taken care of the community. People panic for nothing when a natural thing like a baby comes and they had other plans. This is a great story, because it shows people how to handle things wisely.

The best pregnancy is a planned one. They could have finished uni, got married and had a baby. That would have been less disruptive to both of them. If I was a parent and my 18 yo showed up at home with a pregnancy, I'd be unimpressed, even if I help them.

Honestly This is how a Christian home should handle issues like this.... CJ's parents did the right thing.

I haven't cried while watching a movie in a while. But this one made me shed some tears when Faith was waiting for CJ before her birth. I love it

A 3 month old * newborn* baby hours after the birth 🙈 but beside that, the movie was touching and real.
