I thought i had watched every one of his films Just stumbled on this one today .As always this was a good film .Without mouse he would have defo been in trouble tho .If ur thinking of watching this make sure you do im sure u will enjoy this movie just like I did. Many thanks to the uploader too .

remembering watching this at the cinema more than quarter of a century ago. back in the mid nineties when going to the cinema was the thing. excellent story and a great cast

Don Cheadle never disappoints. His role in this movie fits him like a custom-tailored glove.

Don Cheadle's character is ridiculous cold hearted and flat out funny too!

KZread is blocking out the sound when some known music comes on, just a couple of minutes here and there. Still worth a watch. Great movie.

This was before Compton and Watts was stripped of fathers and flooded with guns and drugs.

I am/was a huge Walter Mosley fan (even got the chance to hear him do a lecture at my Alma Mater). I read a lot of his novels, but this is the first time I got to see Devil In A Blue Dress (all his novels have a color to them), I think. A very good movie. Don Cheadle's character here is great, "Why you leave him with me if you didn't want him to get shot." I've only stopped reading him and many others bc I am running out of room in my space for the books and no I don't do audio. I used to love buying a book and keeping it, putting it on a bookshelf, a bibliophile to heart.🍿🍿🍿

There should have been more of these movies, but Hollywood in 1995 didn't want to commission more of these intellectual, layered, racial film noirs. It would have had to make 3 times the budget to get a sequel.

Great movie. Through and through. Love what it stands for. He said we drunk My whiskey, in My house, that hit home for me.
