Fresh coconut chutney/Coconut Chutney

It's a healthy delicious fresh coconut chutney.We can pair this with Idli , Dosa,Vada,Pongal etc.Its really so yummy & smooth texture.Even kids will enjoy this with soft idlis.Do try this recipe.
Note- You can add peanuts in place of chana dal.
ingredients -
fresh coconut pieces- 1 cup
mint leaves -1/4 cup
curry leaves-8-10 leaves
chana dal-1 tbsp
garlic-2-3 cloves
green chilli-1
salt to taste
oil
mustard seeds-1 tsp
cumin seeds(jeera)-1/2 tsp
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
