    I know they look pretty but all that meat on the ribs is tasty. I prefer it left on.

    I already commented on the other video. It's literally the tastiest part of the lamb, except the head maybe. Roast that piece as a whole, sear it and smoke it, whatever... I am from Bosnia and We know lamb... It hurts my eyes watching this😅... Whenever there's a whole lamb roasted, I always go for the part he cut off, plus beer or white wine... Roasted over coals on a pike is the best... The whole carcass, just salted.

    The Frenched racks are prettier, but I'm a savage and I like the extra meat on the bones. Yeah, it's more done, but I don't care. 😁

    Me personally, leave the littleeat and fat on. Frenching rib bones is too time consuming.

    No waste. It all gets used. Trimmings go into ground beef.

    @@DareDog. I've been processing for years to I know it don't go to waste I'm saying it's a waste to trim the meat off those ribs when you can cook the ribs.
