Omg! I love these! You can only really find them in continental/French bakeries in Australia. Very rare. Oh, and yucky dry ones in packets in supermarkets. I am going to try to make these and have the biggest sugar high in history! 😂🤤😋🥴 Oh and LOVE your shirt and excellent rolling pin twirling 😆
Excellent recipe. Thank you 🙏
I love all your recipe! that I have learned a lot from it and for all your tips as well! He is always entertaining by the way!

I love to munch on these once in a while. Omg, your roquefort palmiers were such a hit with my family (friends too!), but then again all of your dishes, sweets are! Never have I ever had any complaints or leftovers, so now I have to cook for them every time we get together. Thank you again for sharing your amazing knowledge and recipes chef Bruno, you are the man! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼❤️

This is actually one of the tastes of my childhood, my grandma always served these. But here they're known with another name... kanapee. Which is funny because canapé is actually another recipe entirely.

Palmeritas de hojaldre! Wow, that's a lot of sugar! Those are a classic in Argentina. You can find them in different sizes at almost every bakery shop. My mother used to buy some for us to have with hot cocoa after swimming class or Sunday breakfast.
Wow amazing yummy cookies 😍😍😍😍

Palmeritas!, one of our many european inheritances that mixed into... whatever we are XD. We 've got a mother land (Spain) and many aunts (Italy, France, Germany, England, Turkey, Lebanon and many more besides our native people). Greetings from Argentina...
Chef i love you and you recepi!!!!!
I didnt knw its called palmier. A local bakery sells it here, but never reveal the real name of this delicious pastry. I was looking for it all over the internet. Lol This thing is even more delicious than kouign amann. Easily my fave pastry

your recipes are so good. kindly teach me how to make puff pastry sheets?
its called pig ears were i come from. delicious
Как всегда , шедевр
Wow Das ist Lecker 👍
In Germay we call them Schweineöhrchen which means "Cute little ears from a pig" :D
Nice crunchy
Try reducing the sugar by using a mixture of sugar and monk fruit. Try a mixture of almond flour with regular flour to add more protein into the carbohydrate portion and lowering glycolic impact. You can have your Palmiers n eat them too.
@tracyso73

And be sure to get straight monk fruit not mixed with erythritol.
Precisely, just as the "couscous" it is of Berber origin.
This voice is very inspiring for commercial...
I bet if you ever need to sand down a counter top you could just make a few batches of these cookies. Two birds with one cookie.
بحبه جداااااا . 👍
Wow ❤😍😍
Thanks for another great tutorial. If I want to make cinnamon palmiers, would you recommend I just add cinnamon to the sugar, or is it better to brush the pastry dough with butter so the cinnamon/sugar mixture adheres? Thank you.
