Popped up on recommended, first ever listen…absolutely fucking unreal :)
The algorithm got me here, strange are its ways 👏 Recently discovered all things synth and MIDI related and heavily expanded my electronic music bouquet. Still amazes me how chill, respectful and amazing this community of synthesizer enthusiasts and electronic music nerds (and proudly so 💪) seems to be 🤜🤛 And so, it doesn't come as a surprise that this extended mix, made out of admiration and love for the great Simon Henner, is yet to receive a dislike 🤙 Congratulations Tony Benson, subtle but cool details there, very respectful with the original but building on it 👌 The blip is dead, long live the blop!

This song, played live, has often some different nuances added or emphasized, not so present in the studio version. For example, the wailing siren sound in the background by the end is much more saturated and up in your face live. I believe that is one of the things that has been tried to be added here. Can confirm, just saw French79 live in Seattle after listening to the original song for years. That siren is way more pronounced live and hits so differently, it was incredible.

@@hallocine Hi, thank you! I just used two versions, sometimes layering the two or adding a little effect, but nothing too complicated. I absolutely love the song, so didn't want to mess with it too much!
2 years later this remains a fucking awful mix of this song. extending it for the sake of it with pure filler content, ruining its rhythm completely. and I only comment bc I stumble on it by mistake looking for the original
