I’d love to see the process of re-sleeving the stub axle, it just turns up like magic and gets reinstalled.

Is the trick to prolonging the life of these pins, jacking up the suspension to get better flow of grease? Or is it driving habits?

It doesn't allow grease to go out when greasing and can allow junk to get in. It is designed so that as you grease the pins the grease can relieve out the seal in the top and bottom grease areas of the axle.
