"The Gospel will be preached in all the world, and then the end will come." Before the Lord's return, we will see a great harvest come in. While the world is in despair, true disciples of Christ will rise up to preach the Gospel, heal the brokenhearted, proclaim freedom to the captives and heal the sick.
It's simple. We make disciples and Jesus Christ builds His Church.
Saints must be equipped, trained, and sent out into the harvest fields.
Our goal is to make disciples who make disciples that change communities, cities and nations. As you receive the love of Jesus Christ through His Spirit, we want your heart to be transformed. This way you will lay down your life for Him and obey His commandments.
On this channel, we are looking to bring forth truths to the body of Christ that are found in the Word of God. Rather than following denominational views, traditions and opinions, we simply focus on our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the Truth and that is who we follow as disciples.

For the ones who didn't watch the full video and arguing I'm preaching sinless perfection; Jesus came to set you free from sin and make you dead to it. Does that mean you will never sin (be perfect)? No, it means you will have dominion over sin, and it will no longer have power over you! This is what true FREEDOM is. Having the choice not to sin. May God's grace be with you.

How is it that you can say, “we are freed from sin, and in order to have that freedom you need to just believe it.” What do you mean believe? And why will that suddenly change things that I don’t want in my life and weep over?

And also, if I have a sin in my life that I can’t seem to conquer, then as you said, is it there because I simply don’t understand what has happened to me through baptism with Christ’s death? Do you believe that God would let me continue to fail with a broken and repentant heart over the sin, and not tell me that I need to understand what He has done?

Greetings Luka, I can only share with you what I know from experience and the Word of God. People who try to overcome these struggles on their own strength are only putting a bandaid over the issue. There is still a root that can grow back or they may struggle in other areas of their lives such as the fruit of the Spirit. We can see this when they are faced with temptations or a negative environment, as they are more likely to fall back into such sin. I do not want to discount the progress they have made, but true freedom can only be found through the one for whom you were created: Jesus Christ. There's only one way to be forgiven of our sins, and that's through the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

The 'law of faith' (Rom.3:27) excludes 'boasting' when Christ is our 'righteousness' (Rom.10:3, 1Cor.1:30). Sin is always a battle (Rom.7:23) in our thoughts (Ja.1:14, 2Cor.10:5). Faith 'in His blood' and death 'for us' (Rom.3:25, 5:6,8) is our new mindset, that is, being 'spiritually minded' (Rom.8:6,13,27), which is what Romans chapter 6 explains. Because Christ 'died unto Sin once', we too are 'dead to sin', 'if we be dead with Christ'. In order to 'walk in newness of life' (Rom.6:4) His faith in us 'reckons' us too 'also to be dead indeed unto Sin, but alive unto God' (Rom.6:11,22) having our 'fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life'. Battling temptation, sin, pride, foolishness, is still our 'good fight of faith', yet faith 'is the victory', when our mind is 'stayed on Him' and God is 'in all our thoughts', which is not 24/7 unfortunately. Paul himself writes, 'I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then with the mind I myself serve (pin: present indicative active) the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin' (Rom.7:25), showing that there is still a battle with our carnal nature, which we carry around as a dead body, stinking unto high heaven, until we 'give up the ghost'. Soon we too shall leave our 'sinful flesh' behind, when our 'vile body' shall be changed and 'fashioned like unto His glorious body' (Phil.3:21), yet now the battle is ongoing, and we daily need to 'Put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil' (Eph.6:10-17). The battle rages still, yet real believers are overcomers (Rev.21:7, Jn.16:33) in Him, our glorious Lord and Saviour (1Tim.4:10).

You used Romans 7:23&25 to say that sin is an ongoing battle. Is this a battle you yourself fight? Who fights it, you or the Lord? Verse 25 says it is through Jesus that you are delivered. Another point is, notice in verse 23, it describes a law that makes a person captive and overpowers their own mind and makes them captive. When we describe the struggle and fight, we are typically implying that we ourselves are needing deliverance from our own flesh and battling against it. But that's not what the verse says. The verse says that we are delivered by Christ, and we are delivered from the flesh itself, the thing that causes us to sin, not delivered in spite of our flesh. Now if we're set free from the thing inside of us that causes us to sin, then we're truly free, and no longer struggling against our former master. The point of this video was to not be too sin conscious. Since our flesh became sinful, you'd think we should focus on battling against it. Maybe a better approach would be to simply not engage with it, just let it be. If the flesh was a person you could say, "don't worry about him, he's nothing, he's gone, he's dead to me." Essentially Christ has killed that old flesh in us when we are in Christ. What i get from this is to not let my mind be overcome by the old man and drag me down into acting upon the desires of the flesh. It's a deception. It's helpful to maintain a sense of freedom.

@@collin501 You left out love. Faith working by love is victorious. Having the victory does not mean that we never sin again. Sin is every aberration from the truth, from love, and not having God in all our thoughts (Ps.10:4). 'Whatsoever is not of faith is sin,' except the law of God. We are 'sinful flesh', while Jesus was in the likeness of sinful flesh, and the Son of God from His birth. Having a foolish thought, or proud thought, or vain thought, is sin. Our fight against Sin is 'of God' in Christ...as it makes us like Him. Paul was content to be warring a good fight, and exhorted Timothy to do the same. We are called to fight/strive to enter in (Lu.13:24). What exactly are you trying to tell me?

  • @collin501

@@michaelstanley4698 my point was only to comment on the struggle/strive/fight aspect that you were describing. I don't think it's accurate to say we struggle against the flesh because that is dead and gone according to Romans 6. At least we are to reckon it so. When people are sin conscious and struggle against their own flesh, it tends to lead to defeat. You make a good point on focusing on love. The struggle we have is against the devil and against the world, but not against our own sinfulness, because we are told to reckon that dead as in past tense. What are your thoughts on that?

@@collin501 Every true believer has a fight on his hands daily, against Sin (which is not a person, but the very opposite of faith), the world, the flesh, and the devil. Sin is not 'the reign of grace'. The sinfulness of sin, and the deceitfulness 'of sin' (Heb.3:13, Rom.7:13) is the problem, thus Paul addresses it as 'sin which dwelleth in me, in my flesh' (Rom.717,18). Jesus was always without sin, and never sinned, but always pleased the Father (Jn.8:29). Can we do that? Understanding the word is vital, and using it offensively is our main weapon (Eph.6:17). Without the sword of the Spirit, what are we, a target of the enemy?

@@collin501 I partly agree with you. Jesus was sent, not to condemn the flesh, but rather Sin 'in the flesh'. Our battle is with sin, and our flesh is still 'contrary' to the Spirit, thus, hinders our faith. Paul's solution is 'Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lusts of the flesh', meaning its desires (Gal.5:16). By the Spirit, we can mortify the flesh...rather we must.

If he has perfected you, why then did you have to still take action?

  • @thegreatharvestofficial

I take action because of His perfection in me and not because I need to take action for Him to perfect me. His love that gets poured into every individual, at the point of repentance is driving us to take action and obey our Lord. It might be hard to understand for someone who hasn't experienced this but I want to encourage you to seek Him and He will reveal Himself to you. As soon as you repent of your sins, God will come and give you a new heart. Your heart of stone will turn into a heart of flesh, sensitive to sin. At that point, you no longer want to do the things you did in the past. But yet there seems to be some power of sin in you, driving you to sin (even you don't want to). That's when you bury the old man in water, and become dead to sin. From there the Spirit of God empowers you to put to death sin and live in victory. Blessings!
