This is true. Why is this being peddled as a Christian candle company when they have a goddess worship candle story, and a candle you light named after the blessing of that goddess? How much is the payoff for pushing goddess worship under the guise of Christian homeschool Mom. I wish it was a joke that they are promoting pagan goddess worship on a Christian show....... I recently watched a video by a Christian who had a lapse and took some kind of psychedelic drug with his friends - and he started having the worst experience of his life. He actually experienced that Hindu and New Age belief that all in the universe is actually one - that he was God, that that nothing existed outside of himself, it was all one with him. Hindus expect that reaching this state of enlightenment will be experienced as supreme bliss - but he said it was the most terrifying and horrifying experience of his life, he felt like he was in hell: because of the utter loneliness of feeling like he was the only thing that existed. So very different from the Christian belief of existing as a separate person in loving relationship with God, our creator.

They've been doing this for centuries. Abrahamic religions have zero chance in lands of Dharma. Their philosophy, theology, and metaphysics are weak. So, they project their insecurities on other traditions and denigrate them. Have you ever seen a Hindu do what these people are doing in this video? (they are doing a bit now in response). We have nothing to fear. Christianity is a false and cruel religion. Just see its history. Most of their hate comes from inferiority complex.

Hinduism like Buddhism isn't really an organised religion based upon a central book like for the Abrahamic faiths for example. Hinduism ranges from schools which focus on understanding the mind, how the mind is responsible for our joy and suffering and our entire experience in this world to deity worship such engaging with higher beings. I highly recommend you develop a meditative practice, understand the mind and how the mind words and then you can look into any religion. Buddhism is a nice start as its foundation is within Hinduism. Listening to an ex Hindu on a Christian page will never really give you a fair description tbh

Iskcon is much different than normative Hinduism. A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami explains this in the book Bhagavad Gita as it Is. Krishna is described as the Supreme Lord; there is no one above Krishna. He doesn't "share" that title with any other God. Krishna is Yahweh. It is a dualistic sect of "Hinduism". The Vaishnava followers do not believe the ultimate goal is to merge or "be one with God". Souls are always separate personalities.

satan has won most of the world: satan is very subtle and hates God and his people. satan uses God's word to cause people to turn against God by changing His word; they will say Jesus is God, therefore calling both Jesus and the Father liars-knowing Jesus is the *Son* of the Living God (Matthew 16:16-17). When Jesus called Peter “blessed” for saying the truth and when he said, “and this is life eternal, that they might know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent” (John 17:3), he meant it and that cannot be changed. All who do will have forfeited their own salvation.

Jesus Christ is God incarnate who came to earth to be born and live a perfect life, a sinless life. (He is one person of the Trinity, consisting of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; one God in three persons not three Gods.) Jesus then gave Himself up to be crucified and died to pay for the sins of the whole world. My sin, your sin, the sins of everybody. 3 days later He was resurrected. He now offers salvation to all who will turn from their sin and trust Him to save them from eternity in hell. He paid our debts because we couldn't, but we have to trust Him to do it. I cannot add anything to what He has done (not even baptism). I cannot do enough good to take even a year off of my death sentence in hell. The sentence is a never ending one, because I have sinned against an eternal God. But Jesus took my punishment, He saved me, and offers that same salvation to you. I am praying for you.

@@brynnsahved3681 Do you have a personal relationship with Jesus or is he just a concept to you? If you had a personal relationship, you would LISTEN TO HIM. That's what God says during the baptism and Transfiguration of Jesus: THIS IS MY SON. LISTEN TO HIM. We have a record of his words! Jesus refers to himself as "son of man" over 70 times. It means "descendant of man". He also at least affirms and does not contradict the various declarations of his identity as SON OF GOD and MESSIAH [one anointed BY GOD] eg from John the Baptist, Nathaniel, Martha, Peter etc. Read John's Gospel especially. Just like in Revelation chapter 3, Jesus says "MY GOD" in John chapter 20 and says that God INDWELLS him in John 14:10. It's heartbreaking how people type copied and pasted statements or memorized phrases from their parents, pastor or theology professor while they just ignore what Jesus ACTUALLY says. Would you treat anyone else that way??? Would you ignore what a friend says about his background (and his family tree i.e genealogy in Matthew chapter 1) and just read books about him by other men instead?? It's as if y'all think he's dead 😢

What about Thomas, when he calls Christ, "My Lord and my God!" ? Guess you forgot about that one huh?

@@caseycockerham3925 Did you read the verses prior to Jesus visiting Thomas, the context for why Thomas says what he says? Jesus enters and speaks to Mary Magdalene, stating: "Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto *my Father, and your Father;* and to *MY God, and YOUR God."* When Thomas sees Christ alive, he knows that it is Jesus who lives through the power of God that dwells in him. This is the meaning of his response. It seems many do not understand this verse, and have surmised it to mean Jesus is God. Surface level understanding that can only be revealed by the Holy Spirit. "But to us there is but *ONE God, the FATHER,* of whom are all things, and we in him; and *ONE Lord Jesus Christ,* by whom are all things, and we by him." 1 Corinthians 8:6 It is written.

@user-rj8py9ld3j So you have a special gnostic level of spiritual understanding only given by special revelation by the Holy Spirit? This verse, as well as countless other passages in both the Old and New Testaments, reveal and proclaim the deity of Christ. This verse is a prime verse that has been used throughout the last 2000 years to verify the divine nature of Christ. Immediately following the NT era in the early 2nd century, you have the apostolic fathers, who some were even contemporaries of the Apostle the John, who wrote that Christ is literally God. The only people or groups to EVER deny the deity of Christ, and the triune nature of the Godhead are heretical. You not only deny the Deity of Christ but now claim a special gnosis from divine revelation of the Holy Spirit. You're a special kind of heretic who is not only outside of the church but is without Christ and salvation. Repent of your heresies and confess that Christ is LORD. Anything less than the biblical profession of faith and repentance unto biblical works, which are the fruits of salvation, and your salvation shouldn't be counted on.
