The view is amazing in Sipalay! This is Part 1, exploring Negros Occidental first to its many fish sanctuaries, famous shipwreck and caves. The area is near Sugar beach, accessible by boat from Sipalay poblacion. Most of the boatmen knows where the 5meters shipwreck is located. You can request to explore the nearby cave as well and Turtle or Miracle Island!
