What a lovely gesture 😊 … Earlier this year we spent 8 weeks touring Scotland and the Outer Hebrides and it left a lasting impression on us both. The hospitality of Scottish people made us feel so good, and now long to go back again. Enjoy 🍻

Stayed there back in November for nearly a week and Andru and the team were amazing. Loved the dogs, the set up was fab, met some great new people, clean facilities and the walking from the site was awesome 🩷 So glad you guys enjoyed it too x

Isn’t it lovely that there are such lovely people out there to offer such wonderful lovely things to use. They sound so nice, and when people are like that you want to give something back don’t you. WOW......just WOW . I never believed such amazing people existed or places like this. What a fantastric place. It proper twanged my heart strings. Id deffo have to muck in and help there and not take advantage. I always feel sad when you find for example a parking site with honesty box that people might not contribute and will take advantage. You guys are so happy and I to the season on this video. That first place you stayed was amazing. So well cared for and such nice amenities. I would find it hard to leave there. But then there is always something different coming up. I really enjoyed the scenery and all of this video. Of course, it might be nicer if the sun was shining but then it would not be Scotland or even England for that matter. Anyway, thanks for this treat this morning. ho ho Both, Wonderful treat that was on Xmas Eve, I was born and spent early years in Helensburgh, Grandparents had a holiday home Loch side in Luss, so memories come flooding back. Your camp site experience blows the myth about tight & dour Scots, well and truly to bits. Hope you have a great time with Rob & Archie. May the New Year be kind to you. From a not so warm Cypus at night butstill around 20c by day.

Hi John and Mandy we stayed there back in Easter it was still a working progress it did not have a van life's area at that time but we could see all the work going in we had to park our motorhome at the pitches at the front if you stay on a camp sight we had to pay but we are not vanlifers just weekend warriors but we toured Scotland for a month which we enjoyed it was nice to see places were you have been as well ❤

I was born a few miles from Scotland but I'm embarrassed to admit it's not one of the 30+ countries I've been too and I'm too old now to consider a trip back to do it so your current trip is the next best thing. Yep. But telling everyone something like that is free around here is like putting out a welcome sign for the homeless encampments. The UK doesn't seem to have the kind of problems like the US, but it's a chronic issue driven by substance abuse and lenient laws. Some of the loveliest places on the west coast have become dangerous cesspools.

It's a fab spot by Loch Lomond. We were there in October during storm Babet but unfortunately we only discovered your camping spot after paying for the CCC site 300 yards further along the lake side ( it was a great site though). Enjoy the Christmas hols.
