@@danai5985 The title indicate resources that many learners 'might not know'. However, I think virtually every Chinese learners already know the Chrome extensions LLN/Language Reactor and Zhongwen. There's another Chrome extension Chinese learning resource that learners might not really know (it's new-ish), it's called Chinese words separator. Hope you'll evaluate Chinese words separator for learning Chinese. CWS is a Chrome extension for learning Chinese, it is as good as Zhongwen. Thanks!
Thanks so much for this video - there are so many great suggestions I wouldn't have thought of. If you don't know Learn Chinese with Rita, you need to watch her videos - she focuses on pronunciation and tones and is a fully accedited teacher.
i relate to you in the moment you said you were stingy and didn't like to spend money! but in my case is that i still live with my parents and i don't have my own money so id have to rely on them to buy something of an app so im hunting for every free resource i can find to learn chinese just like i did to learn english

Great video and tips, got a chuckle out of your mention of 'R Sound' being so difficult... more like, maddening. I'd say 'R-like sounds which vary widely and sometimes morph into 'Zh'...

Fun video! Many thanks to the author of the channel for the recommendations! The problem with many people is that they want to take a "magic pill" or get "secret knowledge" and immediately have skills and abilities. However, the truth of life is that knowledge, skills, and abilities do not come by themselves. You can't learn a foreign language without doing anything, without wasting your time and effort, just like you can't learn to ride a bike lying on a comfy couch, listening to lectures and watching videos about "modern methods of learning" on a bike. To really learn something, you have to really practice every day. You're going to fall down while you're learning, and you're going to get bumps - that's normal! The ups and downs of learning are an integral part of our lives. Motivation from success and depression from failure will always be your study companions. However, every student has problems in his or her studies that he or she lacks the knowledge to solve. It can be: poor memorization of words; no progress in language learning; the student can speak, but does not understand speech by ear; misunderstanding of grammar; incorrect pronunciation, etc. Agree that a problem you don't know how to solve is very demotivating. In order to find the answer to our question we have to spend a lot of time to read videos, articles and books by polyglots. In today's world, we have to solve problems as quickly as possible. I don't have time to study and analyze a huge amount of information. My goal is to master the basic knowledge of a foreign language as quickly as possible and already start earning money effectively in the international arena. I settled on the practical guide by Yuriy Ivantsiv " Polyglot's Notes: practical tips for learning foreign language". This book is always in my bag. If I have a problem while learning a language, I quickly find the answer in this book. There are many different techniques and tips for learning a foreign language in Polyglot Notes. I have made my own individual schedule and plan for language learning. Now I know what I am going to study, how I am going to study, when I am going to study and what results I am going to achieve. No problem could stop me! With an effective language learning plan my professional skills are more and more in demand internationally every day. Friends, don't stop there! Everyone has talents that millions of people around the world need! Learn the language and make your ideas and dreams come true! Thanks to the author of the channel for the informative and useful video! Your videos motivate me.

I’ve made many videos teaching Chinese language vividly and in a funny way. I hope you can recommend my videos to those who want to learn Chinese. I hope more people can learn Chinese to get comprehensive firsthand information about China and most likely seek more job opportunities.
Thanks a lot!!!!
Also useful are, for intermediate and advanced students are books in Chinese that teach Chinese speakers how to learn English, IF they have equivalent translations in both languages of all their example words, phrases, or sentences. 1) in general 2) in specific, for translation English speakers can use these in reverse!! (Unfortunately, much content is useful for beginners--- hopefully such contents are covered by some teachers!! There are some great topics---very useful!! Hope that this helps!!
Thank you for a wonderful list of free resources. And no, it's not "stingy" (I get that to), but rather we (all) need to look for value. This is because, on the internet now, anyone with a phone can upload a podcast. And everyone has a phone. That means there's a lot of junk out there. Worse than money is the waste of time. So a preview / demo like what you have done, is really helpful! (But maybe check the snapping fingers and pointing? Maybe it's few, but some of us who grew up with authoritarian wagging finger parents, teachers waving rulers around, it brings back bad memories!)
you seem to be such a cool person!!

could u create a language learning group? or is there any English-Chinese group? I want to join in. I can help you with Chinese. I hope someone could help me with English hahaha
I hope you command the languages you talk about
Is Pleco's Chinese mandarin?
I just came across you channel but with Financial Aid I got the Chinese Culture and History through Nanjing University on Coursera for free.
Do Singapore use traditional? I thought they used simplified. In any case, starting with traditional gives you an advantage because guessing simplified is easier.

...People should really stop learning new words or grammar points to be able to use them right away. Learn a word/grammar point to first be able to understand them when you're reading or listening... This is the type of knowledge which is really hard to lose.
3:08 : 他不愿意我们催他。 this sentence doesn't look natural. It makes more sense to say 他不想让我们催他。
