Thanks Mo! I actually really needed an exploit like this because on my current playthrough, I'm trying to achieve a 10 in all SPECIALs, and 100 in all skills (without doing that exploit that achieves it from the start), and I really don't feel like looking for every skill book.

I like getting all the books because I’m able to see most of the places in new vegas

That's ok, I do hope that it helps. You won't need to find every skill book but only a handful for each skill should be enough. The comprehension perk would also help in this effort. Either way this will help also.

I have known about exploit for a while and it’s one of the few that I use while playing. Truth be told I found out about it by accident, thanks for another great video Mo.

There is a glitch that if you if do the powder, Ganger quest that in good springs if you do that quest and you can like glitch it and you can go to the general store and you can get like infinite XP that’s what I do it does take a long time though you can max your level out Mike, after all you do that if you leave Goodsprings and reset your level, then you can like do it again you could do an old world blues like he says in the video

Yeap that's right. I actually have covered this glitch on ky channel including combining it to get max skills, double perk and more. It'd worth doing for a super glitched start.

Yeah, it can easily add a good amount of skill points across the board which is very nice.

Question Moe. Does the 10% exp penalty apply each time? Will you permanently have -30% EXP gain?

It just resets each time and doesn’t stack.

Nope, you will not thankfully. The XP penalty only ever goes up to -10% while the plus 5 stacks. So after taking it three time you will have plus 15 to all skills but only -10% XP.

I click rebuild character 4 or 5 times after goodsprings so I don't have to hunt the skill books. Looting is so boring. Most of the looting I do is from legion hit squads cuz they drop the good stuff.

That seems fair. Doing the loop just a handful of times to cancel out looking for books seems fair.

Do those extra 15 points make a difference if your at 100 already. Does it say just 115 points?

Nope, it will not. You can only get a max of 100 in any given skill.

I think it does track that you have, say 115, but you only benefit from the 100. SO if you had something equipped that dropped guns by 5 points, you'd be at 110 even though it displays as 100+. Effectively still getting the maximum buff
