FREE Can't Sleep-Insomnia Relief Hypnosis

www.LiberationInMind.com/inso... Just click play whenever you want to go to sleep.
If you have listened to the intro once, you can skip it the next time by starting the session at 1:52.
If you can't sleep, or find it difficult to get to sleep, this insomnia relief hypnosis session can help.
Hypnosis is not the same as sleep, but it can lead easily into sleep. And the aim is that you drift into sleep while you listen to this session.
If you suffer with insomnia you should see your doctor, so an underlying cause of your insomnia can be excluded, like sleep apnoea, or an endocrine problem, or depression etc.
If you need more information, and for the 3 other free video versions of this insomnia hypnosis session, please visit - www.LiberationInMind.com/insom...
If this insomnia hypnosis session works for you, I would be grateful if you could share this video with anyone else who might also benefit from it.
Thank you.
Take care,
Paul
UPDATE:
The disclaimer at the start of the video states not to use the hypnosis session if you suffer with epilepsy, or a mental health problem like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. I have changed my mind in this respect:
(1) If you have bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, particularly if it is stable, using this video should be fine. It is advisable to let your doctor know as well. For more information, please see www.liberationinmind.com/faq/#...
(2) I feel for people who have epilepsy and want to use this video. It is probably ok, but please get permission from your doctor or neurologist first. For more information, please see: www.liberationinmind.com/faq/#...
I am unable to change the audio in this video since it was released, so I’ve updated this description instead.
It was never my intention to upset people with the disclaimer at the start of the video. I just wanted it to be safe. But I know it has upset a lot of people who would otherwise get some benefit from it.
So, I hope this update helps a little.
Best wishes,
Paul

Today’s date, April 5th 2021. It’s been 8 years since my mom has died, lost her at age 13. Ever since that day I’ve had trauma induced insomnia and literally the only thing I can fall asleep to is this. It’s been 4 years since your last video I believe, but where ever you are, whatever you’re doing, I hope your doing okay. Bravo. Dr. Paul- i would like to thank kindly- from the bottom of my heart- for achieving what no other has. After over a decade of severe insomnia (Zero sleep for up to Eight days and long nights at times) - you did last night what no other "heavy hitter" on youtube's sleep hypnosis/meditation channels, sleep apps, sleep podcasts, sleep music, clueless sleep doctors, years of medications and herbals and drugs, mantras, books, pressure points, affirmations, binaural beats, yoga, and cbt-i etc etc etc etc etc etc eyc etc did not do. 💞 i fell asleep during this hypnosis last night. 💞 i don't know why you never showed up on my searches before.... but i am so grateful that you did. Sweet dreams to those who are kind. 🙏🏽 #biglove

I've listened to this for about a year and a half. In 2013 I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder. On top of that, my nan passed away from cancer and I felt that the grieving made everything 100 times worse. I was having anxiety dreams (or should I say nightmares) where someone would be trying to drown me, or my teeth would just be crumbling in my mouth and the dream that I recall the most is one where I was doing my nans makeup for her funeral and she came back to life and was talking to me in my dream and I tried to get hold of my mum on the phone to tell her that my nan was alive, but by the time my mum got there, my nan had passed away again. It was getting so bad that I eventually couldn't sleep at all. I was really tired all of the time, I didn't want to see or talk to anyone and I couldn't even eat. I decided to give this a try and it was the first time I'd ever given hypnotherapy a chance! I started listening to it every night for about 4 months and I'm so glad I did because it really helped with the dreams and my anxiety (over time of course). Even though I still have depression and anxiety, it's a lot better than what it was. I still listen to it now and again when i have difficulty sleeping and it works like a charm every time! I just want to say thank you so much for this video! I really don't know what I'd have done without it.

@@RebeccaLisa616 I just got pulled out of my almost full asleep phase when my phone rang! (I honestly didn’t think I’d hear back from you after I sent my comment & noticed your post was 6yrs ago-pleasant surprise!). No doubt my phone’s on DND now & everything I’ve read in the last 10 minutes has assured me that my alarm will go off loud even while actively using do not disturb turned on my iPhone. I literally just started a new job & cannot lose it! So I did a test & it worked! I’ve lost a few really good jobs due to lack of sleep because of depression & anxiety (like paralyzing anxiety bordering on agoraphobia which leads to calling in too much). I beat agoraphobia once back in 2004, so I’m confident that with staying on my meds correctly that I can keep it from happening again. Your comment was very kind & I never take the kindness from others-especially ppl that don’t know me for granted. So, thanks! 😄 Maybe we can chat some other time, who knows? Perhaps we can swap stories & give each other helpful tips. Lol ...so for real now, time for sleep 💤 Have a great day! I’m a 3rd shifter in case you were wondering & I am still adapting (also haven’t worked for 2mo so I’m acclimating to a lot at once, but I can do it!😊). 💜✌️

Whenever I can't sleep I just listen to this its amazingggg I used to be afraid of this type of stuff until I tried this one
I am currently taking my GCSEs and for the past four weeks I have been suffering from lack of sleep. I've been getting an hour or so and then waking up for multiple and doing that many times a night which has been awful for me. I linked it to the stress I was feeling from my exams- not being able to do them, failing the exam, failing my parents....i have a phobia of failing. I let all my feelings out to my mum and a couple of close friends about a week ago and one friend recommended that I listen to this. I'm so grateful that she did because I slept the best I have ever slept on Sunday night. I went to bed at 9.15 and was asleep within ten minutes and I didn't wake up once during the night. I woke up at 6.45 to prepare for the exam so had a decent breakfast, cup of tea etc. Thank you so much for uploading this, I couldn't be without it I really couldn't. I've never slept so well in my life x
Just want to say such a big thank you for making this video, it never fails to help me sleep when nothing else will

My insomnia was so severe that prescribed sleep aids weren't working for me or the ones that did, I would quickly become immune to. When I first started listening to your video I had to listen to it two or three times before I fell asleep. Now most nights I'm out halfway through my first time listening. I've been listening to this since I was in middle school and had just saved up enough to buy Skyrim for the first time. This video has grown its own nostalgia for me and I keep coming back to hear about counting posts, the marble staircase, and the hot air balloon drifting away. Good memories from a happier time of my life. If anyone reads this, stay safe and sleep well friend
I watched this last night at about 2am after struggling with falling asleep for almost 2 hours. Have to admit, after literally less than 5minutes, I was knocked the fuck out and woke up more refreshed than I have been in ages. Keep it up, hope to see more in the future!

Worked out that I don't even last 10minutes into this video, I'm out like a light before that 10 minute mark every time 😂 Was too awake the other night and was that interested in the parts I had never heard before that it took me half hour to fall asleep that time 😂 Love it, works so well

Here I am 7 years later still listening to this same video. It’s helped so very much! I hate that you haven’t posted anything more in so long. I pray everything is ok and you are well ❤thank you again for these videos
I started listening to this when I was 13 years old and just started high school. Now I’m 25 and I still listen to this in bed with my husband. Time flies, can’t thank you enough for all the years of sleep 🥹 maybe one day I’ll know what happens when we get to the bottom of the staircase 😂
Wanted to say thank you ! I suffer from fibromyalgia and insomnia. The medication was making me feel sick and with less energy in the mornings. I came across this video and gave it a shot, must say that when I woke up I was stunned lol unable to believe how good I felt. I was able to sleep for 6 hrs without any medication. You made me feel as if I had control of my mind and body once again and for this I'm very thankful.

This works for me every night. I sleep for at least 2 hours after and it it's so restful and rejuvenating.
I’ve been using this video for years ever since I was a kid I’m almost 20 now
I am still awake. :( But am enjoying reading other comments made. I'll keep searching and trying, getting desperate 😟
I've been listening to this for so many years now that it feels nostalgic whenever I come back to listen it. And even tho it has helped me many times (unfortunately not every time ☹️) I literally gets sad whenever I starts listening to it every few times a year. Because of the fact that nothing has become better for me since the first time I heard it almost a decade ago. And the fact that every year I have this period where I'm completely lost which leaves me with depression and insomnia and back to this video. I remember the first time I listened to this. I was nervous almost anxious because I didn't know what to expect. That was in another place in my life. Another time. Another surrounding. Other people around me. Other worries and stress. Other hopes and dreams. I was more optimistic and ready to take on my life. And unfortunately whenever I revisit this video it makes me so sad about my situation that sometimes I can't concentrate on the video because of the memories of me being in another place in my life. And that is no way saying anything bad about this video. Because it's amazing and has helped me so many times. But it almost leaves me in tears now 😥😥
Its like... You taught me how to sleep. I don't need the vid anymore, I just focus on my breathing, breathing in calmness and relaxation, breathing out tension, breathing in calmness, breathing out tension. Focusing on those two thoughts help me block out anything else. Breathing in calmness. Breathing out tension. I tell myself how deeply relaxed I am from the top of my head to the tips of my toes, focusing all thought on only sleep, not feeling stressed because sleep will come and I just feel so comfortable and relaxed. You taught me to talk to myself the way you talk to me, thank you
This has been my go to for nearly a decade. Absolute perfection
not to mention your voice is amazing all on its own. just magical and mystical
So at first, I read the comments and they were saying either "it gives me nightmares!" Or "thanks! Slept very well!" So I decided to be the bigger person and decide for myself instead. I got to sleep fairly quickly thanks to it. But then I got a very disturbing nightmare that woke me up, so... It might be because I read so much talk about nightmares that my brain gave me one? Or this video is crafted in such a way that it gives people nightmares. Neat!

Equius Zahhak I am thinking that falling asleep this way puts your body to sleep while your mind stays active. People who practice lucid dreaming use this technique. It is something I can do pretty much at will just by falling asleep with the intent to do it. Anyway, if you don't have a lot of control over your lucid dreams, which comes with practice, they can turn very dark and terrifying. If you slip into a lucid dreaming state without even knowing what is or wanting to I can imagine would lead to very vivid and terrible nightmares.

+genki831 I had been listening to this several times & falling asleep easily. Then tonight, I had terrible nightmare & had hard time waking myself up from it. Wtf?!?! Scared to try it again.
Listening to this since 2015. Hope you are keeping well Dr. Ogilvie! You have done a great service to many
i lost my son the day after Christmas and have been battling depression, anxiety, and insomnia ever since. I've always balked at the thought of hypnotism, but I found this video after a late night search of desperation... this video has helped me find mental peace long enough to sleep. thank you, from the bottom of a tired weary mommas heart.

Was scrolling down through the comments to see if anyone experienced what I did. I can utterly forget about sleeping now.
Every single video with comments of people struggling to sleep and the video helps them every single one of those fails to help me sleep just like this one did
Take a shot every time he says "deeper" lol

I have been suffering with anxiety and sleep disorders for awhile now. I have tried so many "prescribed treatments" from my dr only to not sleep yet feel like I was in a brain fog. I decided to give this a shot last night after humming and hawing over it! MAN WISHED I HAD DONE IT SOONER!!! WHOOO HOOOO!! I SLEPT LAST NIGHT!! An actual fuul nights sleep , not just an hour or two and then waking up. This session was so relaxing, calming and really worked. I will be sleeping soundly from now on!! THANK YOU SO MUCH :)
I’ve been falling asleep to apps for many years and this is now my favourite.
I think something for heartbreak would be absolutely therapeutic and helpful in many ways. I just saw your post. Are you perhaps working on something in this area, or still thinking about it. Please reply at your convenience. Again, thanks so much for this one. I couldn't sleep without it.
Nice stuff. Also if you cant sleep, a good advice is to just accept it. Just lay there and relax, at least you are safe and well. This goes for any situation as well. If you can just accept whatever life presents you, thats what i call true ability to adapt. Accept your life NOW. The mind is gonna try to distract you and make you judge and analyze life, and when it does, accept that as well. You just need to know that you are not the mind. You are that which is listening to/receiving thoughts. Watch the mind and its endless operations, watch it like a movie, and dont fight or judge it, because thats the sneaky snaky mind too. Google *truthcontest*, click the earth icon, read *the present*. It shows you who you really are and it takes away all reasons to be unhappy.

No1 Knows That used to happen to me a lot. Less now. Have you tried to just focus on your breathing? Deep breaths in thru the nose, slowly blow out thru your mouth. If your mind wanders, refocus on your breathing as many times as you have to. Eventually it will help. I also do meditation videos here on KZread with Yongey Mingur Rinpoche. He’s wonderful! Almost a year with his videos and my life has improved. Now with this video added, I will do even better. Good luck! Namaste.
I am a disabled woman living with chronic pain due to a car crash. This recording is one of my favorite. I can let go, my muscles relax which also have an effect on my spasms. Thank you for this great video.
Usually these hypnosis videos don't work for me, but this one put me to sleep after about 30 minutes. Thank you so much!
1:50 if you want to skip the disclaimers. That being said, I love listening to this, it's really nice and gives me something to focus on instead of letting my thoughts race around.
