I'll start with a Huge thank you! I suffer from depression and anxiety since 2018. For the last two years I have been unable to clean my room, my daily evening showers were gone, I would just waste my life smoking in my car! I'm on sertraline and therapy with little success! I fell asleep listening to this last night for the first time...this morning I woke up around six thirty, took a shower, washed, make up on, nicely dressed, cleaned my room, did my laundry! All before my first coffee! For the first time in two years I sat in my car with coffee and cigarette guilty free!!! From now on I'll be falling asleep with this! Thank you so much!

Dear Michael, I am an alcoholic and I have been in rehab twice. It ruled all of my actions and thoughts. I happened up on this one night, put in my earbuds and fell asleep listening. That has been almost 3 weeks ago. I haven't had a drink since and I don't crave one. In the past, on my many failed attempts to quit, I would be pacing the floors and wringing my hands in anxiety. I want to thank you. This isn't the addiction session, I know. But, maybe it was all of my anger and bad thoughts that was the root of my addiction. I owe you my life because I have it back now, for the first time in over 3 years.

We were estranged and I never had the chance to tell her I was sorry. 2 years ago my ex fiance left after cheating on me repeatedly, taking her two boys 4 and 6 yrs old who I adored never to be seen again. Has been the hardest for me as I'm 37 now. Thank you as this has brought me the most peace since then.

I've always struggled with negative thinking. Usually if I am trying something new, I generally think the worst. I'm pretty sure I have this belief passed down from my mother as she was and still is a worrier. Hopefully this hypnosis helps me begin to reprogram my subconscious. But I do realise that this belief is most likely very deeply programmed into me.

The video is created four years ago, does anyone from 2019 still listen to this? I do and I'm going to listen tonight and I'll edit again if I am changed into a better person tomorrow And just like I said I'll edit so here I am. It makes you completely forget what ever bothered to you. It heals you seriously and the best part of it is everything will be clear. Your mind, your spirits is like detoxing. I'm blown away, our life becomes so complicated day by day and we do create our thoughts in our head so much that we can't and we couldn't even take a time to differentiate what's right or wrong and even makes your life harder. That's why it is okay to listen this and to be better and to be better version of you everyday. Recommended this to all the person who doesn't have hope, bored, sick, tired of their lives. Remember you're not alone people and we all can make ourselves better and only we can change. Woah so much of motivation after this 😎

I hope that I’m not alone in what I’m about to describe: but listening this has brought me nothing but tears the whole time. These tears are not any from pain, sadness, regret, anger, or anything negative. They feel like tears that have been waiting to come out for a long time because of my deep thought, and regrets that have been in my mind and bothering my body for the longest time. Listening to this for a straight hour pretty much made me cry out all the negative I had in me; I’ve had thoughts that have made me disgusted with myself and thoughts that have made me regrets many things in life; but after this I can finally feel at pease with myself. I haven’t had a good meditation session in a long time and everything that has gone on in this session just made me feel so much better; I hope for the future and more positive feelings like I have right now but I’m sure there will be times where I relapse back into this state. I’d like to think that it’s normal because that’s how life is; but also we have meditation sessions like this to keep us happy and focus on good things about the future. This was more of personal venting so I’m sorry if this is really long to read. I just feel so bright and new after this I have eternal gratitude for this man for making me feel better when I was afraid to ask others in person. Thank you Michael ❤️

I actually read the comments for this video just to see if any one else had strong reactions to this session. I listened to it earlier today and I had a complete meltdown afterwards. I think it was a good thing though because these things has to come out and I feel a great relief now.

I found this video when i had 16 years. Till this day i still listen to it. I remember the first time i listened to it i was obsessed and started to listening it on a daily basis until i developed some kind of out of body experience every single time i listend to it deeply. Im trying to get back to that meditation state again.

This meditation has been a near-spiritual experience for me. I found this channel back in 2021 when I was in a difficult time and job where towards the end I had little motivation. On a lot of days just sat in my bed for hours. Actively changed my situation and found a better environment. It's ok to not be ok and it's healthy to have that awareness. Now I come back whenever I'm feeling low and remember all the progress ive made.

Im lost and depressed. I was feeling lonely and feel like i have noone. I recently lost my daddy to copd and multi-system failure. My mother on the other hand just was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. And I am not being super healthy. I am just a lost one in college and I keep binge eating and sleeping to cover my pain instead of going to the gym to lose this weight. Your videos have helped in the past and for some reason I feel God has made me steer towards you again to help myself get through this. Thank you for doing what you do. Time to motivate:)

i have been experimenting with different types of medications and i have struggled a lot by concentrating on the voice, and that’s something i struggle with in just normal life as well. i can’t seem to relax at any point and i have to think everything through a trillion times until i exhaust myself. and when i normally try to meditate i do not succeed completely. but this time, i fell into the deepest relaxation i’ve ever felt without sleeping, i truly believe i’ve been under hypnosis. i was clearly imagining me as a beautiful woman with big and flown hair, me being the most beautiful version of myself in this extremely gorgeous lake with flowers and plants and deers around me, and i could see green and blue and purple energy flowing through the water and cleansing me completely. i was laying completely still which is something i can struggle a lot with as well. this is the best mediation to date and i do feel so more positive and clean now thank you a lot.

Hi Michael -- The first time I experienced guided meditation was in 1985, while studying to become a comprehensive trigger point therapist. It was a RIGOROUS 2 year cirriculum ... one of the "fluff" classes was called, "Other Voices, Other Rooms", where we became acquainted with other-than-us alternative modalities, etc. This class was the last of the weekly, most-dreaded "long day", and was typically Berkshires: bitterly cold, raw and grey. Our grumblings were shushed by the teacher who chop-chopped us into a quick bathroom break, stating there'd be no noise, tallking, or leaving the room until the very end. We were curious but still bratty, truthfully ... everyone hated Wednesdays. With everyone accounted for, we lay on our coats "in THE most comfortable position" ... of our choice. We hadn't a CLUE what was to come -- inquiries were shushed -- then, off with the overhead fourescents. I'll never forget that class, that night ... that singular virginal time. My entire life changed on a dime. The 30 of us took a walk on the wild side ... we went on "The Healing Journey". In the past 30 years, there've been many media incarnations of that cassette; I can't for the LIFE of me remember the guy's name, but; man, those 30 magical minutes dramatically changed my life. What an astonishing difference, the before and after! I couldn't imagine living without it!! When my marriage fell apart, I didn't have to imagine; my healthy lifestyle went to seed. After years of severely hard times, I climbed out, and am so elated to have found YOU!! Like waking up on Christmas morning!! I couldn't believe my ears - SOMEONE WHO TRUMPED THE HEALING JOURNEY DUDE!! Such a gift, you are. Question? I was sent a drop page for purchasing a download ... does this mean you'll be departing from KZread? Or is this an opportunity to own? Please say it's the latter? Do you have a website, per chance? I am so blessed by your gifting. PSA: "This is your brain ........... This is your brain on Michael Seelye." I am so grateful to have found you.

Wow. I am amazed. I have been doing meditation and hypnosis videos, especially yours, every day for about a month now. I really love your voice, and given how many times you've talked me to sleep or into a calmer state, I feel like I know you. Like you said in this video, I feel like you are an old friend every time I listen to you. That said, this is the deepest in trance I have ever gone. I came to consciousness to scratch an itch or something near the end of this video and realized that I didn't remember the majority of the video, including parts of the visualization that you were referring to. But I felt, and still feel, wonderful and absolutely grateful. I felt suicidal last night, and I was still struggling with the remnants of those feelings of emptiness, confusion and loneliness this morning. I am so glad I decided to listen to this recording. I truly feel that it has shifted my outlook on life. I will favorite it and come back to it as often as I need it. Thank you so much for sharing your time, efforts, voice, and calm, positive energy with the world. You make a huge, positive impact on my life and many others. You are truly an inspiration to me, and I am forever grateful. Much love to you, and anyone else reading this ridiculously long comment! I hope your life is filled with goodness and happiness in return for all the light you bring into the world.

I listened to this last night and firstly I have to say is your voice is so calming I felt immediately relaxed.. Ive suffered with depression episodes on and off from i was 19 I'm 34 now. this past few weeks have been so full of family stress and personal stress, in the last few days i could feel the low mood coming on due to all of this.. The negative thoughts were on a constant loop, my mind just wouldn't relax.. I looked up meditation and came across yours, I'm so grateful i did.. After one hour of doing this meditation i felt so much better, calmer, body is more relaxed and my mood has improved, this definitely worked for me.. You have got a new subscriber for sure lol. I'm going to start listening to more of your work especially ones for sleep and depression, many thanks Michael for the work you do it is beautiful... All the best, Karen

Loved it. My experience was like I knew what the voice was going to say before he said it...like the dark cloud. What I found most incredible is the cloud I thought would be gigantic was really very tiny. When I questioned that in my thoughts what immediately came to me is how much work I have already done by delving into this cloud in my regular conscience. This was more a confirmation and reunification with what I forgot. Love to all

I've been having such a rough time lately. I sincerely can't express how much this meditation helped me without going into personal details. Seriously, the amount of better I feel is something I didn't think I'd feel ever. Your meditations have already helped me a lot, and I feel so fortunate to have found this one. (I saw a comment where the person was feeling suicidal, that's how badly I've been feeling, weighted down by a lot of things, but I feel like I was able to heal a lot. The meditation was healing from the very beginning and was great for providing me something I was missing/yearning for as well) I don't normally leave comments like these (believe it or not), but this was so great I couldn't help it.

That was crazy awesome. It simultaneously felt like hours and only minutes? I feel like I kept falling asleep and waking up while still in the meditation because I would start dreaming of things and then go back to visualizing the meditation, and just back and forth like that. When I woke up, I felt completely refreshed. This was great

I'm never sure if I'm actually hypnotized or not... My mind does this thing where it starts to go way off topic of what the hypnotist is saying to imagine. I think when I'm reminded that I'm being hypnotized, some part of my brain or self resists it. Good thing is, I didn't notice I'd been listening for almost 40 minutes. Some improvement from my other hypnosis attempts so I'm thankful. Will try again soon x

He is not hypnotizing you, you do that to ypurself he just helps you with it. Its something you need to train in order to get better at it and fully relax. Try it before you go to sleep first its much easier. Good luck ✌🏼️

I listened to this while couchlocked and I was really really susceptible and felt like I had a trip into my sub conscious mind in like a lucid dream sequence. The imagery was incredible and I was as convinced of this as possible. My arm raised up and when I put it down I felt euphoric. I felt amazing the next day and my safe place was anchored so well I can make myself cry tears of joy by touching my fingers together.

My dear friend, I sincerely hope you don't mind that on some level you have a crotchety old lady leaning on you(r voice) like a small, traumatized child would lean against her favorite uncle's shoulder. I am so thankful for your selfless gift; it is aiding me, ever so gently, in coming back to a more balanced state of affairs after experiencing 20 years of extreme hardship. My mind does not allow me, most of the time, to follow 'your' instructions and produce visions and vistas of your description but the relaxation produced by your murmurings is profound and I find my entire being 'sitting' still while some mighty river or ocean of dark, cosmic energy courses by, and through me.

Dhanyo Selier No, you do not 'lean' upon me, or my voice, at all. This is a dis-empowering construct. The second half or your words attests to your own power and ability, so I would expect that part of you that can 'stand upright' to course with more and more energy, as it is doing. I'm glad you are finding more balance, and I wish you your own clear articulations and light. All the best.

One leans sometimes, my dear; be it against a tree, or against another person. Usually it does not dis-empower (be careful who/what you lean on) but gives the needed balance to continue on ones solitary way again. Anyway, the leaning part is past and I am enjoying your videos and the experiences they give me enormously.

Dhanyo Selier Well put, Dhanyo. You have demonstrated through your thoughtful words that we cannot assume that everyone means the same thing as we ourselves when we use certain words and phrases. Sometimes, even, when we put our own personal perceptions aside to think about what others really do mean when communicating, we realise that our own understanding needs more shaping, and by listening to others we get a more rounded and accurate understanding of the world. ''To regain your balance' is a very empowering way of viewing the act of appropriate leaning. I have filed this ueful perspective away in my mind for future use. Thanks!

Thank you Greg Hoban. I am glad one of my perspective 'got away' and found a home in your filing cabinet. Life has a tendency to meander from one opposite to another if it is lived with any spontaneity at all. I found that the only way to deal with the crazy ride of 'going with the flow' thus created, is to have a philosophy all ones own created, in the moment of necessity, from the snippets, odds, and ends, of previous scenarios. Chaos philosophy, if you will. Ultimately one is hoping to achieve direct experience of That Which Is without the interpretation, and administrations, of (at least) the verbal mind at all.
