I wonder why the thatchwork? Just pound in 6-8ft stakes at each tomato plant and tie it up. Keep tying up to keep vine upright. Pinch out side shoots at the 2nd leaflet, maintain 1-2 central leaders. Once well established can remove bottom most 2 or three leaflets to prevent soil borne disease pathogens from splashing up on to leaves. A mulch of an inch or two will also prevent splash up.

I really admire DT’s hard working, intelligence, creativeness and high skills in everything he does , but somehow his successes are not really standing our for what he should be deserved! Since I input the sincere comments about his slow progress, and I encouraged him to focus on the productive pat for planting vegetables and raising livestock, he has caught up quite quickly! What an engineering accomplishment that is!! A lattice support for those fast-growing tomatoes and a watering system for the entire garden just in time for the dry season. He is truly an experienced and educated young man! Now, maybe a trip to the river to increase his stock of fish for the aquarium AND for future meals!

A little bit of hard work n bright ideas goes a long. It saves u fr carrying water to ur farm. U can just turn on ur tap n water gushing out fr bamboo holes in the poles. It saves u time n energy 4 other needs in the farm. Always plan for convenience, cos farm needs lots of work. Keep up the good work

Robert of Green Forest is a very practically focusing man on the future! I follow these two channels that started about the same time, and now look at what Robert has achieved! Three times of subscribers compared to DT! I feel bad for DT. Robert stays at one place, and he has been consistently planting and raising livestock, not moving here and there, building his hobbies before building his basic needs for life. His Vlog reflects his true life, not a show for KZread! DT is very intelligent, creative and highly skillful! He could have done way better than what he’s been currently doing, but it seems he has to follow the directions of the channel owner?! That’s what I learned from the grapevine…😅
