For anyone wondering, yeah it works! My standing vertical increased from 24” to 28” in just the first two weeks of quarantine. Trying out a 3 week program now, hoping for more results

How do you measure your vertical jump?

@@johana4430 Stand with your side to a wall With your feet flat on the ground, reach the arm closest to the wall as high as possible Mark the highest spot you can reach. Either put chalk on your fingertips or have a friend mark it with tape From the same standing position, jump and hit the wall at the highest point of your jump. Mark the spot the same way you did earlier Try three to five jumps and use your highest one Subtract your standing reach from your jumping reach to get your vertical jump

Well it did work for me , my standing broad jump increased from 1.90 to 2.40

@@lanachana8418 I did as much as they told in the video and gained that much in 2 weeks ,the results will be different depending on different BMI

Yo this thing actually works, I had a 30 inch vert and now got a 35 inch in just 2 weeks. If you truly want to increase you vertical, you must give it your all. Push yourself past your limits everyday to improve. I weigh 95 kg and it very hard for me to lose weight which made me feel I couldn't reach my goal but I did.

I've already done the 2 week jump work out and it made me jump 4cm higher so I'm doing this every single time

Works for me, currently I have a shoulder injury. As a Crossfitter I love box jumps so this is a good time to change things up a little. I am 72 and can do multiple 24" jump and PR 30" working on jumping from my knees.
I'm 5'6, my vertical is 27ish my goal is to dunk a basketball so I need about 40inch. By summer I will do it! #dontfollowyourdreamsleadthem

i dont want to be negative but i think this is a unrealistic goal. if u train every 2 days u will dunk about in 1-2 years. keep it up

this workout are really effective my vertical leap now is 34 inch from 28 inch thank you lost breed and i will do it again from day one..🔥🔥

Nice Video clip! Apologies for butting in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you researched - Millawdon Upright Athleticism Trick (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a great one off guide for learning how to jump higher minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my work colleague got amazing success with it.

She’s a 13-y.o. volleyball player; her vertical was 8’10.5’’ a month ago and yesterday she tested at 9’0.5’’. 2 inches in a month, the highest increase in her team. She’s happy, I am happy too.
