Why? He didn't invent anything...just made the brand thermo king
This gave me straight chills. Why? Bc I was raised in Minnesota and I know how big of a business man James J Hill was. Of course I never heard this man's name before but I hadn't heard of Percy LaVon Julian either until abt 4 yrs ago. Smh, I honestly believe if all this untold history begins to be taught to our children it could majorly influence them into understanding what REAL Pride means. Too many kids have false senses of pride and confidence these days. I Love this!!!!

Great
It’s so much of our real history that we were not taught. Let’s all as a community help get this history out. Our movies, tv shows & other means should reflect these great people.
I lived half a century and never knew how much this Brother help make my life easy. I'm happy he actually got paid for his genius. I had always suspected one of Eli Whitney's slaves invented the cotton gin. Learning this Brother's inventions were stolen from him now convinced me Whitney stole the cotton gin invention from a Black slave.
Makes me proud to be a Black person. All the contributions we have made to society and we have White people you still won’t acknowledge our contributions! Fortunately, we still survive and will continue to do so in spite of…!

Yep his father was white and his mother was black. His mother abandoned him and later his father sent him to a priest. But he's still an American man.
Clarence Birdseye patenting the freezing method officially in the US on August 12, 1930. 8 years before jones
