This Freddy character is 20+ years older than in the previous series and grew up not only with his extremely intelligent parents, but also his down to earth grandfather.

@@AllisonLansberry It's a character that I could've lived without -- although "A Lilith Thanksgiving" is a classic episode.

(1:24) "...meth lab full of Yankees fans." may be one of the great quotable lines of this show. Also, I think it's funny there's a "surprise party" on the calendar behind them on Wednesday the 27th.

I do hate the show, that's part of the fun to comment on it. OK, people do visit other peoples jobs from time to time, but I bet Frasier is gong to be visiting Freddy many more times, something tells me. LOL.@@tobe1207

Loving this show!

A kid like Frederick Gaylord Crane with all the allergies, chess camp, etc. would not become a fireman. More realistically, he would have become a teacher, nurse, social worker, doctor, something requiring an education. Thst would've been more realistic

yes, I totally agree with you. All of a sudden the serious chess player and spelling bee champ changes his mind and wants to become a fireman. Just so not believable. I think they need a better cast, other than the other old man, he is fine. The nephew is such a reject and an annoyance, he needs to leave, he has no purpose but to tell everyone that Frasier is his uncle.

people are not set in stone. I was a musician got my degree in classical performance, now I am an engineer and work for tech companies. People show different intrests through out life. I worked with a guy who went from our field, to suddenly deciding to become a lawyer. People change man, its only on tv someone is just stuck being what they were there whole life. As for the other point, I don't know the severity's of freddie's allegeries other then what we saw in fraiser, but people have overcome allergies. My wife is allergic to cats but also loves them. She has put up with it for years owning cats and the severity of the allergeries has diminished over time.

The dumb firefighter is super annoying. The more I watch, the more depressing this show is. Oh well.

I have never watched Cheers, it does not appeal to me at all. It didnt back in the day, and it sure doesnt now. I hate all the characters on it, I dont even think I have ever even seen 20 minutes of it. @@samf.s.7731

The guy who plays Freddie is the worst actor. After-school special bad. The writing is feeble

I haven’t laughed once. I loved the old frasier, but this is so corny. Every single one of the actors is sooo not funny.

You haven't laughed once because you're an old curmudgeon! How are you supposed to enjoy yourself if all you do is sit there sulking about wishing that this is Frasier of twenty years ago? If you want that show, there's nothing stopping you from watching it!
