Ren's song was a perfect way to introduce you to those of us who have not heard your work before. I think of this song as it came into my life when I lost my lifelong best friend and “Wonder Twin” in 2021. My tether and lifeline was cut but I try very hard to live for the both of us but I don’t tend to enjoy a world without her in it. This song expressed my anguish and determination at a time I didn’t have the words. Today is 3 years since she passed and it’s the first song I think of. And I’m still really trying.

Spotify suggested this at 1:11am on the drive back from a gig last weekend, days after my cat died. After 10 back to back repeats, everything seemed a little better with the world 🙏

God, please give this kind soul the healing he needs, so he can ❤️ again
