I would start crying

POV: it's 2034, you're 31 years old, with your child. you're in the car, in the rain, driving to a trampoline park. as you arrive, you and your child quickly run through the rain, then arrive inside. you laugh and smile at each other, then your mind gets flooded with the memories of when you were a little kid in the trampoline park with your parent in a colorful room, laughing and smiling at each other because you were both wet from the rain. all this time has passed by so quickly, so cherish your moments. you are loved, and cared for. live your best moments.

this gives me the feeling of happiness but also the feeling of sadness. like yay you did it! but then something else comes up.. and i don’t know what.

Makes me think of finishing a really cute game with all the developers and credits and then you get to see a cut scene where the main character you played stands on a cliff with their family/friends as the screen zooms out with pink cherry blossoms falling slowly

you sit down on a bench seing all the chaos around you. suddenly this starts playing and you start remembering your childhood and how amazing it was. you know this is the end but you’re happy. it may be sad for the world to end but at least life happened. your environment starts fading to black and suddenly you see the credits rolling. when you see your name in the credits you smile knowing that this would be the last time you would smile on planet earth. you wake up in a replica of planet earth and you see all your late relatives. you go up to them and hug them. then you start playing freaks. your happy. everyone else is happy in heaven.

If I died and I had to press 'Play Again', I would. Why else would I want to feel empty and lonely after a GREAT video game? I love all the little moments, all the sad ones, too!

This reminds me of my cat, Zoe, who died last year. She was there when I was born, and had always been there until she died. I would always come home to tell her about my day at school, and when I took a shower she would sit outside and lick the water off the side of the tub. She always seemed to understand exactly what we were saying and sometimes would seem like she nodded at what we said. She was very smart and knew how to open doors. She felt like another person, and she was always there my whole life. When she died, I remember I was in shock and didn't cry until a few days later when I realized she was never coming back. My other cat, Phoenix, didn't get to say goodbye to her and to this day sometimes walks around the house, crying, looking for her. I miss her so much and wish I could have spent more time with her before she passed away... Thank you for all the great times, Zoe, and I will never forget you.

Bro that hit me hard because the pets we mostly loved had to leave the earth one day like my dog, Passey. she died in her sleep I was sad for 2 months I cared about her so much but she just died in her bed. When we found out she passed away we thought she was oversleeping so we tried nudging her to make her wake up, we tried like 10 times but then my mum picked her up and said "I can't feel her heartbeat." and that day i was so sad that she passed away. Passey I miss you soo much I hope you comeback to me when I pass away...

The joy this brings me is unmatched

Freaks is my favorite song, because it gives me a vibe of playing a game online whit my friends in a call and having the fun of my life but also a conforting vibe of being in a old memorie even tho its now. Its upsetting and sweet at the same time. I just imagine the world ending and there I am holding hands whit everyone I love and saying “Goodbye”. This music is like the background of all of it to make it extra nostalgic all the memories in my head.

Feeling those halloween blues, that everyone else is having fun doing things they love while i'll probably be stuck giving sweets out to the trick or treaters again while my mom and brother go out...again. it's not that i dont mind doing so - personally it gives me some time alone for once - it's just that everyone around me seems to be living their best life possible at the moment; nice thngs, tons of friends, their own partners, an idea of who they are, meanwhile im sitting here with no idea what i want to do, listening to the same songs and fantasising about finally being myself when i dont even know who that is. The worst part is, there was a time where i knew who they were, i knew what i wanted to do, i had some of the best friends ever, i had a bf who i used to geek out with (we never got past the 'a kiss on the hand' stage lol), i had an idea of who i wanted to be, i was...happy. i dont know what happened or why it had to happen, but i want to go back now. i just wish i could for once in my life reset to those days, like a video game. i wish i could just start over on a new route and get a good fucking ending for once. im not happy with this one that's for sure. lol sorry for emotioning in this comment section, this music got to me

Conocí esta canción gracias a mi mejor amigo de secundaria. Él solía tener sus bajones y yo siempre estaba allí para reconfortarlo. Un día fui a visitarlo a su casa, subimos a su cuarto y él estaba escuchando música. Entre las tantas canciones estaba ésta. Mientras la escuchaba recuerdo que empecé a bailar y luego le pregunté por el nombre de la canción. Él me dijo el nombre y agregó que no se suponía que fuese una canción feliz por lo que era chistoso que bailara. Yo no sabía inglés en ese entonces así que no entendía la letra, él me mostró una traducción de la canción pero aún así la canción me ponía feliz. Los gritos del cantante siempre me provocaron una sensación de extraña emoción, una sensación de libertad, como si estuviera animándome constantemente a hacer algo que no me atrevía a hacer. Se convirtió en mi canción favorita por un año. Pasó el tiempo, obtuve nuevas amigas, perdí a otros. Estoy en una etapa nostálgica de mi vida y hace unos meses reencontré esta canción. Finalmente entiendo a mi ex mejor amigo, ahora la canción solo me transmite melancolía porque me recuerda a aquella etapa de mi vida cuando todo era más simple, cuando yo era otra persona, cuando era una niña más inocente y me gustaba enfocarme en el lado positivo de las cosas. One I remember but can’t find, is of a YTP of sorts, with “In The Finale - Bowser’s Inside Story” being sung by “PINGAS” while his head was photoshopped onto the Darkstar while chasing the Mario Bros. It may have been “cringe” but it’s a good cringe in my eyes.

Weird how life does that to people like us

it's just perfect I don't fully understand a feeling but for some reason I am neither happy nor sad but after listening to it a little more, I feel like crying and the disgusting parts of my life come family problems, the facts like not having a friend, then I get sad and start to get tired

I love this. For some reason, it reminds me of my dead pets and family. It's like they are just sitting up in heaven... waiting patiently for me... I can't wait to see them again. Thanks for this beautiful piece.

I have scrolled thru all 167 comments but anyways this should play at the end credits of the world with a portfolio of everyone to ever exist name, photos, friends, relationships, biography of life, prefrances just everything about everyone and it will stay there so u can look at different ppl like friends or famous ppl. I started crying while writing this just thinking about it, all of my friends and all their life.

This gives me a weird feeling. I miss 2015, it was such a goof year. Me playing on my tablet, try not to laugh challenges just started, little to barely any drama, everyone was happy. I wish i had a do-over.

The community in the comments here... its so wholesome. Almost like a family that all went through something together but made it through the worst of it. This and the original song was something I just happened to stumble upon recently yet so many people make it their haven because it's relatable. You close your eyes, only to find nothing but a dark room. this edit version of the song freaks, makes me feel like, life isnt as long as you think it is. It makes me think of my life so far. Does it do that or you?

This song reminds me of my childhood. How i have a good time with my friends, how i was peacefully life in the past. I wish there was a "Redo timeline" button.
