Liszt was the master of transcribing for piano. He must have been a formidable pianist to hear perform
Great job putting an ad right in the middle of the performance.
Nothing says “I know my music” like putting an ad in the middle of a performance.
7:50 for the drop
My favourite interpretation of this arrangement by far.
WHY ON EARTH WOULD SOMEONE INTERRUPT A PIANO PIECE TO SHOW A COMERCIAL!? HORRIBLE!

The piano just doesn't match up with his style of playing
Typical Liszt, putting an accessible piano piece out of the reach of most non-professional, amateur pianists who play for the fun of it. Most of us were not trained in the ‘hot house’ environment of a Conservatoire so do not have the top-flight teaching necessary for an arrangement such as this. Thank the Lord he hasn’t tinkered with the great sonatas of Beethoven (as far as I know). Bloody showoff.🤮🤮

That's a pretty retarded statement to make; music which is made for "amateur pianists who play for the fun of it" will not impress the audience, will not have the same sense of excitement and 'bravura' energy that a more virtuosic one will have and will not pack a concert hall full. Why don't you improve your piano technique instead of bitching about Liszt.
