The tips of the brake levers should be level with the bottom of the handlebar. As others have said, the levers are way too low down. It's a great bike and you were lucky to find it. Well done for saving it.

Thanks, I did try this position off video, it just wasn’t comfy for. Ultimately, the frame is too large or maybe I would need to reduce stem length. It isn’t very important as I’m selling it anyway. The new owner can adjust to their hearts desire

Though for future videos, I’ll put them like this bike.bikegremlin.com/927/road-bar-hand-positions/ to make those happy

Shifters that low are uncomfortable, really dangerous to get from above and, at last, aesthetically tremendous. Rear brake housing needs to pass to the left side of the steering tube as It can freely moves. Really nice bike at all.

Yh I think your right about the housing. It’s the angle of the hole for the housing, underneath the top tube that made me think to put it that way. Unless of course I put the Rear brake cable on the left shifter/lever instead. I don’t use road bikes a whole lot, didn’t think about hand position, when in usage. There will probably be alot more bike builds in the future, so I’ll be more in tune next time.
