But he doesn't necessarily belong to SaveAFox. Shelters should be contacted to see if the owners have been looking for him. Apparently there is another fox that they have in quarantine now that was also found. All found animals should be reported found in case owners that are sick to death that their pet was lost can be reunited.

Not weird, he was someone's pet before he was either lost or let go. A fox that breed and color is not found in the wild in MN or WI. There are only 2 types, red and gray.

My cat found me and adopted me. He was curled up in front of my door, and when I opened it, he came right in and settled down almost immediately. They do that when they need a home. He also needed chipping and vaccinations and fixing. He’s my good buddy.

Wow Mikayla, you have such an amazing, special gift. That woman was astonished to see how the scared fox let you handle him. And not just with foxes, but with every animal you encounter. I cannot get over how you are able to tame and instantly connect with animals, especially the minks. And Dakota. Even the squirrel! But you don't just tame them, you train them! From the temperament I would think he was a pet that either got out by accident or someone decided to release him into the wild thinking instinct would kick in. As sadly that stuff is done to all sorts of pets with people not realizing that no, what you are doing is a death sentence if they aren't picked up by caring people. Thankfully he found someone who took care of him and called save a fox. Hopefully he can be friends with Ruby, or the other one in quarantine.

Azul is obviously a tame fox and he has been turned loose or somehow was lost or abandoned. Poor fellow found the right house and was so tired and worn out from whatever has happened to him he realized the lady wouldn't hurt him and he needed rest so badly he just walked in and went to sleep where he would be safe. Poor baby he was lucky and smart he knew the lady fed him. There is no telling what he has been through since suddenly being out in a scary world that he knows nothing about. Thank God he found a friendly lady who would get him help! Praying Ruby accepts him , she needs a friend and he certainly does too. Hoping they will both be happy! Since the other one came from the same area there could be more, if so hopefully all will be saved❤

My cat found me and adopted me. He was curled up in front of my door, and when I opened it, he came right in and settled down almost immediately. They do that when they need a home. He also needed chipping and vaccinations and fixing. He’s my good buddy.

Have you not watched Mikeala? They pee and shit everywhere even if they are used to humans they cannot be house trained like a dog..... the still are wild animals... Even when being adorable...
Kudos to this lady: She knew that the fox wasn’t a wild animal and got her help.
I love the lady's reaction too. She's so awestruck. One of the rare moments where meeting your heroes is a good thing.

Can I just say how wonderful it is that a slightly older person who hasn't been following you for too long has learned enough to spot some signs that the fox isn't wild-born, like its size and sheer floofiness? Education goes a very long way. I hope for the best for this little guy, and really, what a sweet family.

I cannot get over how you are able to tame and instantly connect with animals, especially the minks. And Dakota. Even the squirrel! But you don't just tame them, you train them! Ethan has such a calming, kind and comforting vibe. You make a great team. ❤

Outwardly ye, but his teeth are almost as bad as mine, like he's been trying to chew on rocks or something. Perhaps he was simply left without food in a cage and had to chew through it to break out.... ☹

From the temperament I would think he was a pet that either got out by accident or someone decided to release him into the wild thinking instinct would kick in. As sadly that stuff is done to all sorts of pets with people not realizing that no, what you are doing is a death sentence if they aren't picked up by caring people. Thankfully he found someone who took care of him and called save a fox. Hopefully he can be friends with Ruby, or the other one in quarantine.

Azul is obviously a tame fox and he has been turned loose or somehow was lost or abandoned. Poor fellow found the right house and was so tired and worn out from whatever has happened to him he realized the lady wouldn't hurt him and he needed rest so badly he just walked in and went to sleep where he would be safe. Poor baby he was lucky and smart he knew the lady fed him. There is no telling what he has been through since suddenly being out in a scary world that he knows nothing about. Thank God he found a friendly lady who would get him help! Praying Ruby accepts him , she needs a friend and he certainly does too. Hoping they will both be happy! Since the other one came from the same area there could be more, if so hopefully all will be saved❤

Such a docile little guy. He looks so nervous, but he seemed calm while you were holding him. I hope his interactions with Ruby are peaceful and that she doesnt just end up burying him in her sandbox, along with the countless toys she's also buried.
