i didnt knew you were in Pune. i would have attented your talks if i would have known as i am also from Pune.

I have read the book and very much convince ,I have started following you for last 12 years ,I am native of UP,and by applying your logic I had never told my cast which happens to be a lower caste ,I have stayed in Ahmedabad comfortable and achieve many accolades ,I am one of finest PSU,s .But when I return to my Native in Allahabad ,my flat owner ,Even my subordinate ,my customers etc always wanted to my caste and then decide their response ,Caste discrimination has not been ended but acquired a new shape and colour ,This include discredit your work by superior caste bosses and etc support to my juniors despite being croock,I have tried my best to assimilate with them to make strong team but they have not shown iota of change ,They have created own cozy group and want to maintain their purity.For academic purpose it was good effort but in reality it is million of years away.This is reality.

Sir we should make a vedic university jahan vedas, upnishads, himanity, literature, journalisms padhaya jaaye. Warna kal ko kon batayega hume ye sab. Libraray bhi ho jisme. Aap hum sab milkar hindu temple trusts, kathakaar ke katha mein jaakar donation le sakte hai kisi bade guru se milkar.

One repeating fact in Rajeev ji's talks is how Indians never responded to any of the intellectual assaults. I would like to remind him how we were colonized by every Tom dick and harry from Europe. This is how we are. We think keeping mum is a big strength. All this emerges from the innate selfcenterdness.

Caste superiority has very much vivid in society ,Forget about marriage ,Upper class people are not ready to recognise you equal human being who must be given respect and dignity .And this meritocracy is one sided , When upper class selected it is called merit ,But when lower class selected it is called Reservation,Caste is something which you u can not erase from your head.

I don't know about other states but in Kerala minority community students are funded by government for the coaching and expenses related to professional and civil services exams. How will the Dalits look at this?

It is not known if inter-caste marriage among the Dalit community have taken place. There is no data on the percentage of marriages of the upper strata of Dalits in to the lower or lowest strata. Harvard would come out with some study in the future. NYT and BBC will make their contribution also.

75 years have passed with torture of reservation against meritocracy and we have accepted it with humility although for none of our fault.
