Fossil Hunting Surprise🤔(Part 2)

Here is Part 2 of the large fossil bearing rock that I found- along the Jurassic Coast. In this video I’m going to break the rock 🪨 carefully, so that some the fossil will be revealed. See how i size up the rock to see what is inside. Here is the description of Part 1 of the video, that is called “l cant believe i found this fossil hunting surprise.(Part 1)” I go on a long fossil walk to the East of Lyme Regis, in conjunction with safe tide times. The best fossils are found at low tide. I hope you find some fossils along the Jurassic Coast-at low tide. Sometimes fossil hunting turns out to be treasure hunting, it’s fun just to see the “ treasures” on the large rocks. The Jurassic Coast really does have some stunning fossils. I recommend wearing safety glasses and sturdy rubber gloves when hammering the right rocks. Remember the cliffs are dangerous and liable to fall suddenly and without warning. Keep away from the dangerous cliffs. The best fossils are washed out onto the beaches at low tide, by the sea's actions. Look out for the slippery seaweed on the ledges and rocks. @@LymeRegisFossils whenever there is a big event like a channel or personal birthday or milestone you should do a fossil collection tour! I bet you’ve tried slimming it down by selling or donating worse condition or more common specimens but it’s probably still extensive! There’s always the specimens you can’t let go of, and there tends to be a lot of them! (A little tip! Don’t do it in the same format I did my most recent video. It’s a pain to record and gets boring as you go along!)
