Forza Motorsport is an upcoming sim racing video game developed by Turn 10 Studios and published by Xbox Game Studios. It will be the thirteenth main installment in the Forza series and it will be released on Windows and Xbox Series X/S. Although it is the eighth Forza Motorsport title, succeeding Forza Motorsport 7, it will be a reboot for the titular sub-series, dropping the sequential numbering from past entries' titles. It will use the new Xbox Series X and Series S consoles to render higher definition graphics than its predecessors. Forza Motorsport is scheduled to be released on October 10, 2023 and a Early Access only release on the 5th of October.
Forza Motorsport 7 is a 2017 racing video game developed by Turn 10 Studios and published by Microsoft Studios, serving as the tenth installment in the Forza series. It was released on Windows 10 and the Xbox One family of consoles on October 3, 2017, with early access to players who pre-ordered the game's Ultimate and Deluxe editions. It will be succeeded by Forza Motorsport, the eighth in the Motorsport series, on October 10th, 2023.

the graphics of the new FM must be a joke?
Fm7 graphics and engine sounds feels more clean but actually Fm8 graphics and sounds more realistic. For example especially sounds in fm7 no environment sounds just pure engine sound like studio record but fm8 it feels different according to environment echoes, curbs, tire sound are more obvious and fm7 road, cockpit car graphics are more shiny and contrast it looks good but fm8 more realistic. Worst thing both games are awful damage model just scratches no crash physics

i have both...Forza 8 better trees better steering animation, Forza 7 better everything else. Time for a refund of $70 after 6 years.

That's why I made sure to play it on Gamepass first, since I had a 1 dollar for the first month deal. The performance is miserable for how little of a leap graphically the game is. I'm not sure the physics engine changes are enough to even justify 40 dollars IMO. I'm going to be waiting for a while to get this one for cheap.
the low res on the cars in fm8 ridiculous compared to fm7 the sounds in fm7 are better only thing that is better in fm8 is the trees just glad i still have fm7 and played fm8 on game pass
Forza 7's car models still look great but tree textures are dated compared to 8's.
I prefer FH7 as it's stable and plays just fine. FH8 is riddled with bugs and features are missing like Auction House.

Forza 7: 2023 Forza 8: 2017. Thank god i bought Xbox One X in dec 2017 and still own it. Thank god for not buying the Series X... its so bluff.

FM 8 car models look like plastic. There seems to be something wrong with the lighting
In the 7 chapter looks more realistic. See on the light.

4:33 The droplets on FM7 are all over the place (the ones on the left side are moving forward...)
FM23 doesn’t even look like a finished product. It’s so flat and dull looking

I still have Forza motorsport 7. Just because it can play in HDD 😂😂
Car materials look in FM8 is sooo off. Sure, nicer environments, but the lighting and the materials are trash. Sometimes the GI lighting looks good, but most of the time it looks terrible.
I play both and fm7 were better. Split screen, offline are dealbreaker for fm8. Even the graphic are similar
FM is absolute.

Ive noticed just new trees in fm8, but other things like smoke in the backround or in the crowd is missing completely in fm8.....They have just copied the game, but copied just about only 30% over to the new title....100$ for the new forza....

Guys this is not what f8 looks like. I’m not biased or anything. But I’m pretty sure that’s a low end pc probably on lowest settings. The game looks amazing on series x with ray tracing. Probably one of the best looking console games I’ve ever seen

LMFAO bro, no, even mid to high end PCs struggle to run the game. Definitely not enough of a leap to justify the performance issues on PC.
