I've come across a few that did that an they admitted it was hacks. But I could be wrong though alot of PC players I've noticed tend to do that.

It's the Chevy Camaro pro stock it was the series car in March or may you got if you played an had 80 points to unlock it. You had to complete everything in the festival to earn it
