Fort William - Red Giant - mtb - Scotland

This is the less famous track from the gondola at Fort William. Not the downhill but possibly harder in places. I was going for a Strava time on this run. The wind and water on the trail held me up a bit but I still managed a good time.

Done well in Strava! Somewhere worth leaving your mark on!
Rode that trail too, awesome it was. However, I had a really bad stack in the exact same spot at 0:30 in. Shoulder is still f****d to this day.. Fantastic riding by yourself too..
Trails look amazing.

This channel deserves more followers! Great track in fort bill, hope to get up there soon
Amazing trail. At one point I thought "Oh, that's a shame... The horizion on is gimbal is off." A few moments later I realized, "Oh... No, it's just that hill is really #$%^ing steep..."
that crash looked painful. good to know its not always my partner who falls off in style.
Damn, what a trail. Like laggan turned up to ten on a rollercoaster. Nice riding
Another great video. Great riding too.
That looks epic 👍
Beautifull bro....!
That was awesome man!
Beast!
Nice one! The wind has caught me out a few times there, was lucky to only break a hub last time lol. Btw I just received my brand new capra al comp to compliment my DH bike, so if youre heading up to the NW coast some time give me a shout!
5.17 !!! It was almost all over .Super good
Went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Absolutely loved the Red, never done an uplift before and it was worth every penny. Unfortunately after 3 runs on it I tried the world cup track and lost an argument with a rock. Fortunately the bike landed on me and didn't even get a scratch :D

I'll take a mate or two next time then to give me a fighting chance. I'll give it another go next year when I'm running on two collarbones again. Cracking day out!
Only ever been to Nevis Range to Snowboard, Need to give it a go on my Bike sometime, Looks good fun tho, You ever been to Comrie Croft, Small but a fun wee blast
Sick trail dude!! Great riding skills, would be nice to hear you talking a little bit more, like doing some narration at least on the intro and outro. Thanks for sharing!
The Natural trails on your videos are soo much better
Great video and great riding 👍, how much more northshore is there? I’m not too keen on that stuff 😀
I was at Fort william on thw weekend epic tracks! How did u get the camera so smooth?
What would you say is the best time of year to ride this place ?

Never mind you answered all the questions below still good riding!
Awesome video! I have the same bike and suspension as you. I was curious how you have your 2018 Pike set up. I have two volume spacers and a pretty fast return. I like it overall for pop and rocks. I noticed that your fork tracks really well. How do you have it set up?

If you take this trail to slow, are you more likely to fall off your bike?
