Good day sir, what if the donor is not willing to claim 80 G or is not willing to share Unique identification number. Can we show the name of the Donor and in the place of Unique identification number as N/A? Also cash donation above 2000/- is to be included in the form 10bd or we can skip ?

1. Sir, provisionally registered wala ko b file krna hai 10BD form wo b donation received kr rhe hai 2. Donors ko 80G benefit milga agar trust provisionally registered hai na ki final registration under 80G hai hi nhi

Hi I have one doubt please resolve. Date of registration is 25/08/2023. AY for which trust is provisionally registered is from AY 2024-25 to AY 2026-27. Doubt is whether donor who donated before the date of registration (donation received between 1 apr 23 to 24 aug 23) can also claim the 80g deduction or donation received only after 25/8/2023 can claim the donation.

Jahir Sir, if the donations are received in small amount (below Rs.2000 in cash) from 130 donors,of which 95% of donors do not claim deduction u/s 80G because they do not file ITR (as the total income is below the threshold limit) AND also the donee do not posses any ID proof of such donors. Professional Tax is charged by state department and having different procedure for each state. So not possible for me.

Ours is jestha nagarik sangh, and we get very small donation on members birthday of Rs. 100 and maximum of 500 , is it necessary to file 10 db form, we have not given 80 G exemption

Thank you very much for your video. It was very helpful. While filing, I was getting the error “Date of Issuance of Unique Registration Number is invalid.” Tried both dd-mm-yyyy and mm-dd-yyyy formats for date of registration. Didn’t work. Finally dd-mmm-yyyy (e.g. 08-feb-2022) worked. Even though the instructions still say mm-dd-yyyy format.

Yes provide CSR info. Advisable to provide all the donation details, because later if donor wants to claim, you will be at fault.

Sir we have filled 10 bd but we did not filled the details of a donor in collective form then any problem and 10 be is taking 24 hrs time.it is not download yet.

Pre-acknowledement number for current year FY 22-23 (AY 23-24) - DO we have to generate them mandatorily? How do we do that? if generated, I presume we'll have to use them while issuing receipts during the current year - please confirm. Also for the current year AY 22-23, do we have to issue the 10BE certificates now only or only once we have submitted Form 10BD around May 31 next year?

getting an error message while trying to do e-verification thru Aadhar card - "request not completed due to technical issue. Please try again". What could be the reason.

@@Kcjmngo actually was using aadhar for e-verification; actually only use of DSC is allowed in case of trusts I think. Anyway filed 10BD successfully. Now the question is how to generate 10BE from the system? Please let us know. Thanks.

you can file for FY 2021-22 but only for the donation accepted after the registration date.
