Definitely an odd machine filled with strange parts and goofy mods (spoiler grab bar.) In the end, this quad was hella fun to rip and a great learning experience. Mike you should just build a shop and buy a bunch of broken down sport quads and do whole hour long videos of rebuilding them because this is the most entertaining thing I’ve watched

Right on point brotha; I've been looking at real-estate to do that for some time now 🤘
I seriously enjoy watching these rebuild videos. Your ability to make an hour plus video interesting is commendable. Great content and a ton of work! Keep it up

Awesome video. Predator engine is made by Fuji in Japan, which is why it's metric but the rest of the machine is standard. I was an intern at Polaris in '03 and '04 and remember that model well.
I love how complete your videos are! You don’t make us wait for the next video to see more progress, that takes a lot of patience on your part and we appreciate it 🤙
I've always thought people were crazy watching hour long KZread videos, I've watched many channels for years and could never do it and this is the second hour long video of yours I've watched in a row, you make it entertaining and that hour flies by so fast. Such a great video, keep it up!
im so glad i found this page. I can now sit and watch these videos for hours at a time with a beer in hand and its perfect👏🏻
"This is a great deal" Man, you have such a positive view man. The fact that you can see it ever running is amazing.
Dirt bike guy here... But I love any videos that go in depth on repairing and rehabbing old motorsport vehicles. I myself rehab dirt bikes as a form of therapy. Keep it up. Love your videos.
Killing it as always mike, I own my own trash company and can’t tell you the bikes I have came across at work and this was one of them it was a great bike flipped it made tons of money! PS for grip glue I use clear coat spray paint a couple sprays in the grip an your ready to go!

Love your builds, I like to watch people rebuild not destroy. And you are one of the best channels for quad rebuilds. Look forward to your content!
Yeah yeah dude you a beast .and thank you for the knowledge and confidence . I always been an 4 wheeler rider had a few but I got older and the kiddos came. Never got to get back into them. But watching you and how much fun you have means I got to get me a bomber and get it up on all 4. But yeah thank you for all you do ..Great job with all your builds.
Just a note for welding cracks. Drill a hole at the end of the crack and rosette weld it back. Drilling a hole at the end of the crack will stop it propageting further.
Watching your show brings me back to my childhood when I bought my first atv which was a limited edition 2004 Yamaha warrior.. I miss the days in the woods and racing in the fields.. I'm from shelbyville indiana.. Even though I've downgraded to a kawasaki bayou 4x4, I'm able to haul the kiddos around much easier.. Thanks for making this channel..!! You have filled my head once again with the dreams of trailriding along blue river...!!!
I started watching your channel around 1 month ago, I wish I recognised your channel way earlier. You are very under rated!
Just came across your channel for the first time yesterday and watched the Tri-Z build. I really like your ingenuity when it comes to working through problems you wind up coming up against. I enjoy your content, the voodoo banshee video was nuts. It reminded me of the time I rebuilt a banshee I had so nice nostalgia goin on. Keep em’ coming bro!🤙🏻
I just spent 5 years stationed in Germany and my bike sat the whole time... Watching you videos is getting my motivated to get it back up and ripping. haha
I’m really enjoying these full build videos. It would be awesome to see you find it and go through it again to see what happened and fix it. Nice work though!
I usually never comment on youtube, but honestly - after watching 2-3 videos of yours I'm mighty impressed. Your videos are made whole heartedly and the content is significantly higher than average. Keep doing what you're doing, its just a matter of time before you're one of the biggest youtubers. Also, have you considered doing motorcycle rebuilds?
Just bought the same quad, a guy had it sitting for years and got it off his hands good to see you bringing it back from the dead, keep it up brother 🙏❤️ I’m learning from you brother 🙏🙏
Really like your videos. Finally somebody who knows how to pack bearings. Keep them coming.
Another great one Mike. Bro when you dropped that crank right in only to realize the rod was pinned inside the case, I'm like that's me that's my life. Glad to see it happens to others lol 😅. Just like me though you always get it done 👍🏼
Ur vids helped me invest into all my quads. Bringing back one sport quad at a time. I started with one banshee. Basket case. Thay flip turned into 8 banshee baskets and 6 other random sport quads. My kfx450r motor is done and I built it with no manual, just ur vid, and all my parts in bags. I'm now dedicated to bringing them back one at a time even if I don't make money. 87 250x is up now. Motor is almost done. Anyway love the vids, I can't see stopping tuning into ur channel anytime soon. Keep it up bro!!!

Top end noise sound just like mine. Predator motors have always had what seems like loud noise on top of motor. You do really nice work. Top notch channel
Well that is the best one I've seen on utube. A person that knows what he is doing well done
Watched a couple of these very well presented and and interesting to watch and well edited. Will be watching more for sure
Always have to donate a little blood to your work, haha. Dude! Your videos have gone parabolic in quality! This is awesome content right here! Keep up the great work bro. Thank you.
Another great build man! Good work! Your builds are always great to watch!
As rough as it is you really scored! Looking forward to the build. I'm betting you can pull it together in a week. 🤘🏻
Just found your channel today while on a off day in camp, these longer videos are insane and your awesome
Id like to say I learn alot from your videos especially the quadzilla build and the trx/atc 250r build since I own both of them and am going to be doing an engine topend build on the quadzilla this spring and doing a full restoration on my 85 atc 250r and hopefully be able to save enough to buy a set of billet cases and do a 330 kit on it....the 250 runs great as is and has been great for the past 13 years that iv had it but I want more power and speed out of it plus to look good.....THANKS FOR THE GREAT VIDEOS!! You do awesome work !!!

Such awesome content!! I was waiting for another Polaris restoration!
This was definitely a phillywheelieboi quad at one point in its life. love the builds man keep em coming!
As far as grips go if you’re not using the odi lock on grips you’re sleeping. Not sure if they make them for quads but they make them for dirt bikes. Totally changed my riding experience. No more worrying about spray paint, glue and safety wire holding my grips on..
Mike I got to tell you I freaking love your videos you explain so good what you’re doing and i learning from you a lot on engine build I wed love if you explain more some important thing on engine build Love you man thank you ❤️
Killing it man, great video. You make this stuff look too easy and make me want to tear my bike down to rebuild it!

I picked up a 2003 Polaris predator 500cc on Facebook marketplace place. The guy couldn’t get it running anymore. Turn out to be a completely trashed new carb. He had the old OEM one and I did a full rebuild and fix some electrical issues and she runs like a beast now. Bought it for $1000 and put $300 into it. Win win.
You do amazing work my man!! Keep it up!! Great vid!
I love watching your videos dude. Im a dirt bike guy at heart but I still enjoy watching you bring these quads back to life! You really have a lot of talent and great content! I hope one day I will have the skill and knowledge to rebuild engines like you do!
Awesome I watched the whole video and loved it. Thank you 😊.
I think the biggest reason the bottom end seized is from not running an airbox. You should find it and buy it back
These videos are the best, fun and cool to watch plus I always learn something.
Fastest quad I’ve owned. A few bolt on mods and you have a monster!
Love the way you put this video together!
Love the full build videos. Everything you post I like and comment just to show support. Love your content. Reason why I love the full build videos best is because it’s like rolling highlights and not 2 hours of porting over a series LOL but even if it is I’ll still be there to watch 👍

I really enjoy watching your videos!👍🏽
Nice work man! Good god that can't be cheap to rebuild one of these things!
I remember when these first came out. Polaris sponsored Matt Smiley on the GNCC circuit to ride these. Their independent rear suspension was their unique option, no other high performance quads at the time had that option. This particular quad was in rough shape. I'm only about 15 minutes into the vid but very curious to see how this rescue goes. Btw, good choice on the Tusk products. I've been happy with every Tusk product I've ever bought

Love the videos and I feel bad because I only comment when I notice things but you can use way less loctite. I like to put just a drop in the thread of the nut vs on the stud to help spread it as you thread the nut on and it helps keep from making a mess inside the cases. I've torn things apart where people were too heavy with threadlocker and it's gotten behind the taper and into woodruff keys and it makes it wayyyy more difficult to disassemble
Another quality video for the family to watch!!! Danke mein bruder mit liebe
