FORGING a Briquet Saber out of Rusted Iron WRENCH - Sword Making

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

This time I decided to make a Briquet Saber but seriously it was much prettier then my imaginations. It took too much time to be constructed because this time i listened you guys so I made a beautiful scabbard also.
I posted a community a few days where I asked you, what should i use to make a sword, most of the folks recommended me to use a rusty wrench to make a sword. To be Honest when i was about to start this project I thought this is gonna be the easy project and less time taken but once I started this build the first challenge was the Wax casting handle that took too much time but fortunately I tried my best and made this beautiful sword perfectly. And this seems me a flawless made but i leave this decision on you People so must let me know in comment section what do you guys think about this made and what should I try to make next time.
Scabbard fits perfectly on the sword, for better Grip I used a piece of leatherette inside the scabbard so the sword don't slip inside it and fits really good.
Dimensions:
Overall Sword Length with Scabbard : 34 Inches
Handle Length : 7 Inches
Blade Length : 24 Inches
Sword Length : 31 Inches
Weight:
Handle weight : ~837 Grams
Blade weight : ~ 837 Grams
Scabbard weight : ~ 572 Grams
Overall weight : ~1700 Grams
Sword with Scabbard weight : ~2300 Grams
Blade and Handle almost has the same balanced weight

Tbh, the amount of effort anyone would have put it to that beautiful sword is unimaginable. The blade is nice and clear, along with a sharp end. The handle to the Blade has amazing craftsmanship. The swords hanger has such amazing quality, only made out of wood leather, and I think steel? Overall 10000/500. Amazing work.

Most KZread blacksmith channels I've seen don't bother with making a scabbard, and yet I find watching them being made almost as satisfactory as the blade itself. Great job through and through!

Nice. That looks a lot like a U.S. Naval boarding cutlass from the civil war. It had about 1/8" of blade cut back because of resharpening. It was busy.

Amazing work as always. But I couldn’t help cringe at 8:05 with the carving. That is VERY dangerous, especially if you have a nice sharp chisel. I was carving wood like that one day, even though I know you should never cut toward a body part. Well… the chisel split off the wood with force and I banged the chisel right into the palm of my hand under my thumb. Nasty wound, luckily no infections or complications, but it took about 2 weeks to properly be able to grip strong with my left hand.
