9:20 The driving situation is pretty unique I must say. Because everything is more chaotic people are required to be more focused. And collisions aren't as deadly as they are in the US for example, because the roads are slower. Traffic is the real problem in the country, because the chaotic nature of the roads also affected the urban planning.
