No, Lou gramm doesn't have a producer or songwriter credit for this song. He told the story about him and mick Jones royalty sharing. They each come up with a percentage they thought was appropriate on any given song. Usually like 60/40 split in favor of Jones. This song Jones came up 80/20. Lou disagreed and they rewrote what percentage they thought and this time Jones wrote 90/10. Gramm got pissed off and told him to just take the whole song.

70s, 80s, and 90s music will always be the best. This song is timeless

In the late 80’s I heard this song playing while my neighbor Pete Pirrilo was washing his lite blue Firebird or Camero. We lived in Sicily, Italy Comiso, Air Station. I asked who this was he said Foreigner. And in no time he rang my bell and gave me a cassette he’d just made!! Thanks Pete wherever you are that was 30 years ago and I still have that tape...🌹😁🐚🍷

Love Foreigner! One of the first albums I ever bought was "Foreigner 4" back when I was in junior high in 1981. I remember when this song came out in the late fall of 1984 on their "Agent Provacateur" album. Was going through a rough patch as a high schooler and this song really hit a nerve. Thanks Foreigner after all these years!

Lou Gramm or not, that's a great voice and fantastic performance, don't compare, two different singers and two different times. Its also a damn fine song!

Sorry but have to disagree. I listened to it and Lou Gramm has the better voice to sing this song and he's the one to make it sound great cause hitting the high notes makes the song.

I doubt Lou could hit those notes live even at his peak as a singer

One of the best live performances I've ever seen! He's so interactive with audience, the drummer is wonderful too and everyone else involved with the back-up singing. So beautifully done!!

Kelly is the next best thing to Lou. So many many iconic Bands lose the lead singer "The Voice" most never get anyone who can get remotely near to the original...well done Mick Jones for keeping the band together.

I cannot understand why anyone would give this a thumbs down - are they mad? April 2020 and I had a sudden urge to hear Foreigner and this song again. Still fantastic :)

For all the dirt bags that are dumping on Kelly and foreigner now, the are weak little haters. Kelly is as good as Graham was and he has longevity. Both formations of the band are great.

Kelly sings this song exactly like Lou Gramm and Foreigner has never sounded better.
