Dude...Josh...that tip with wrist roller on bands on the barbell is genius. It's Popeye time now. By the way, I figured out how to use regular handle-bands to do pullovers. Not sure if you've done a video on that yet, but it takes all the tension off the pullover when your arms are back on the bench and max tension as you contract. I've been training for so long it's hard to surprise me, but these tips right here were truly new. Thanks for making these videos and writing your books!

I think this might be the first fitness video I’ve actually dropped a like on. I’ve looked at other forearm videos before, but none of them really interested me that much. My forearms have always seemed to lag even though I do a fair bit of heavy deadlifting. The pump I got from the barbell wrist roller is phenomenal and by far the best pump I’ve ever gotten from any movement. Period. I’m really looking forward to seeing what other content comes out as well. Great stuff!

Two people can train curls with the exact same weight and form and one will get more forearm development and the other more biceps developement. I tend to not get much forearm development training biceps. To correct this, I've been using fatgrips the past few months, and it helps. But something I started doing a couple weeks ago that I really like is Farmer Carries with kettle bells (no straps) for 10 minutes at the end of each workout. I'm basically replacing 10 minutes of cardio with something that equally burns calories, but also builds grip, core and in my case, weak rhomboids all at the same time. I basically walk around the gym until my grip gives out then grab lighter kettle bells, not resting more than 5 seconds in each transition. It exposes your weaknesses and then strengthens them. Where do you feel it, that's where you are weak? Actually, a lot of elbow issues are due to a weak grip.
