Was a right pain to put the clamp back on

The small pipe is exactly what is blocked on my transit. Under warranty so it's back at the garage, i hope they get it fixed

This van has a cracked DPF it was not spotted until Jan 2024, it is now getting a engine rebuild as the compression was very low on cylinder 3.

Forgot to write that the emissions were on the limit on the last MOT and MPG has dropped by 5 Mpg.

Mines has the same metal pipe blocked with soot, cleaned out with some solder wire. Should I spray some DPF cleaner down there also to clear it out ? No fault codes but van has been running rough on idle and at low revs and also goes into limp mode above 60mph on motorway

Is your exhaust pipe black soot since you did that? Or do these engines generally have that soot?

@@ORileysAutos Ah joy the wife has a VW caddy that is before DPFs and adblue and she is insistent on getting a new transporter as it had zero problems where as i had a euro 5 transit which was a 4 wheeled disaster area Is there any transporter sized vans that aren't a liability

This is my van and the p2002 comes back after 50/60 miles, problem not solved. I am getting the injectors tested as I think that is where the problem lies, I have changed all the DPF sensors but they it seems were not the problem. I have been getting P2002 for over 6 months.

Oxygen sensor? No it's a nox sensor!
